When I drive from Iowa I stop at all sonics . This one didn't have a sign, the food is a no, and the oil was rancid . I'm sorry sonic. I love you and this was a total disappointment, even my cherry limeade wasn't good!

Service lacking...I waited over 10 minutes for a drink! One single drink. Then had to call to ask about the order and ended up taking about 15 minutes for them to bring me a drink....

I ordered a #9 with a coke. I had to repeat my order 3 times and wait 5 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there! Then I ask please for ketchup 2 times. They brought my order no napkins, I had ice cream all over my cup, and no ketchup! I ask her amd she said well did you ask for ketchup? I said it don't matter if someone orders fries, tater tots put at least 2 packets in the bag. Also napkins. I said stop being lazy and do your job. Last time I will go there. I have given it 2 chances and them being 2 months apart! Get it together

Easy Going
Took about 20 minutes to get two milkshakes. There was a young man working at the grill wearing a black tank top shirt…that’s really gross around food. It’s NOT a gym…..tank tops don’t belong at eating establishments.

They could barely hear me in the speaker and I couldn't hear them. My taters with chili and cheese came out fries instead. The oil needs changing because the food was disgusting and I asked for extra cherries in my cherry limeade and got one single cherry. The food is too expensive for the workers to care so little about what they do. I have been in the restaurant business for 15 years and this was a truly exceptionally bad experience. Do better, sonic. This was completely workers neglect.

One of the most run down Sonics I have been to. Stalls out of order, sign missing, slow service.
Every store in Russellville is run down. The stations need to be fixed and/or updated. They have screens that didn't work or card readers that were not working. The speakers aren't clear and I have trouble communicating the order at times. Please fix your stores up for better service. The prices are through the roof, surely you can put more money into updating.
Parking: If you can find a station that works like it's supposed to, you can find parking otherwise use the run down drive through.

4th St Sonic. I'd much rather take my business to literally any other Sonic! The woman wouldn't even let my Dad talk to order. She kept talking over him. 95% of the stalls don't work. They can't ever make any shakes due to their machine. And the slushes taste like perfume in a Styrofoam cup. 4th St Sonic yall could do a lot better! Someone needs to step up and fix that place. Idk how it's even open!
