One of the worst sonics. Today I placed a mobile order for pickup. I get to location, carhop comes out with one drink and a bag. I proceeded to ask where the rest of the order is. "What? That's it" No sir, I'm missing 5 other drinks. He comes back out has 4 drinks. I tell him okay, this blast you gave me earlier is wrong, its supposed to be brownie and your still missing a drink. He says sorry doesn't know what was happening. Clearly I got that. He was gone for less than 30 seconds. I get home, the blast literally just had ice cream in the cup topped with just a few pieces of brownie, a chocolate shake, had no choclate. I asked for no whipped topping, they added it. I drove back so we could fix the two completely wrong orders. And was met with a sorry about that, sorry there wasn't enough brownie pieces. Like sorry its a blast, not a sundae. I live around the corner from this place, and it was convient to go to, but its always something. Something is missing, the food is made wrong, the food is old and cold. I say skip this place, there are plenty of other fast food joints around.

Amazing food but it takes too long and I had to pull in to 4 different stalls before I actually found one that worked. Yall could at least put a cone or something so people know it’s broke instead of pulling into multiple stalls just to back up over and over.

Quick service after finally finding one of the maybe twenty working stalls. Workers were rushed and didn’t listen to my entire order before ending my order. Got the order wrong. Waitress ran off before I could even give her a tip. Stop being so rushed. Fix your machines. And stop being so damn ghetto.

Service was great, we quickly got our food our carhop was super nice! Sadly the hot fudge with peanut butter shake had what tasted like bad peanut butter in it and we've gotten the same order at other locations and it tastes great. In addition to that my chocolate milkshake was not mixed well enough it had an inch of vanilla at the bottom and a really heavy amount of chocolate at the top. Wish they would fix the stalls, they keep losing more and more even with how infrequently I visit this location. Worst one in Russellville, most convenient location for me though

Many stalls not working and several of those don't have signs. I pulled into 3 spots before I could pick up my mobile order.
Most of the stalls are broken. Takes a very long time to get just a drink, and the ice cream machine is broken more often than not
