Wish i could give this particular location NO stars. The hop had to come out to write down our order(all american dog) sent out a bun and cold weenie. Sent it back 20 min later brought out a chili cheese dog. She then informed me if she takes it back in to add the all american it was gonna cost me extra! 1st of all i didnt want chili or cheese i just wanted all american and right the 1st time. Not 40 min later. During which time the owner walked past our vehicle got in hers and drove off. I asked her name and was told they cant give out that info. Needless to say i will NEVER go back to that location and i will tell everyone i know how awful that place ALWAYS IS. OH AND I HAVE THAT NUMBER AND WEBSITE TO CALL LADY. NO NEED TO PUT UR 1 LINER AGAIN. YOU SHOULD HAVE HANDLED IT THEN

The car hops are fine. Nothing wrong with the girl's running the food. But the lack of care by management is appalling. There are only two or three stalls on each side that work and it's been that way for years. Today , my entire meal tastes like old, burnt oil. It's disgusting. You know how old oil will leave that nasty taste on the back of your tongue that won't wash off? Yeah, nasty. The chicken, the french fries, everything. That grease tastes like its a month old. I do not recommend this Sonic to anyone.

I never make reviews but I am so disgusted by the general manager in every interaction I’ve had with her. Normally if I have a bad experience I move on and go to a different location but this woman does NOT deserve to run a restaurant and I’m horrified for her employees. (Maybe that’s why they’re always hiring 🤔🤔) Genuinely has the worst management I’ve ever seen. The gm overworks her workers, is rude, and does not try to comply/help out when there is an issue with food or service. One of the managers (which I heard was her daughter) is 15 years old. Food is fine but the customer service has driven me away for the last time. As long as she is supervisor I will not stop telling people to not go there.

Their car hops have 5 or six broken machines, some of them not even labeled broken, u kinda just have to figure that out when u pull up and see the screen is off or malfunctioning .

They shut off half the lights and the main sign over 30 minutes before the closed. I almost went somewhere else because I thought they were closed. I managed a sonic for 5 and a half years and if we shut any lights off more than 5 minutes before we closed we got written up. I will be calling the number on the receipt and letting them know the same thing.
SONIC DRIVE THRU IS SO AWESOME IT MAKES THE VOICES IN MY HEAD GO AWAY!

Wish that I could give a negative stars for the Sonic on East Main. The service is always slow and the quality lacking. I just ordered a drink and they forced the lid into a damaged cup. So when I picked it up, the lid popped off and the full drink went all over the inside of my car. Not sure how I'll be able to get it clean. If you're craving Sonic, it'll be worth the drive across town to the other location!
