Asked if they could fix a drink that was made without soda syrup by another sonic. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes round trip to get a drink fixed. Even though I frequent this sonic and spend lots of money here they said they couldn't fix the drink. Unbelievably bad customer service and poor business decisions. I'll avoid this sonic.

They have gotten some better. They had to be told twice what we wanted on my burger and the other day we went through to get drinks and the girl at the drive thru dumped part of my drink and then just gave it to us and actually acted like nothing happened. Seriously not sure why they have such a hard time getting people who actually know how to function.

Why is it that it takes 25 min to go through drive thru to get a burger I never even got my food cause I got tired of waiting I spent half my lunch hour waiting in a drive thru seriously ridiculous

This place has no fast food service. They take long to bring out few burgers and when they finally bring them out they are cold. I understand the younger generation don't want to work and don't care. But if I wanted to pay more money for equality Burger I should get a good quality Burger if not I should have just gone to McDonald's.
