The girl that was in the drive thru window was so rude to us, and several times could not get our drink order correct. I was highly disappointed with this service coming from a Starbucks employee. It wasn't even a complicated drink order either we just had a couple iced latte's. We didn't get the little girls name that was rude to us. I probably should have.

A bit cramped, flies and small spiders on the outdoor tables. The coffee was good and the service was nice. About 30 dollars for 5 drinks.

I messed up my order and the barista Lexi was so genuine and nice about correcting it. Seeing her smile warmed my heart and made my day so much better!!

Worst customer service!!! Wanted to order a drink from my phone and lady did not want to read my phone she rudely told me to read it to her?!! After I got the drink it didn’t look for tasted like what I usually get. And when I looked at what it had in it, she had put more stuff I didn’t even say?!! So I went back and she told me “Oh it’s because you didn’t say you wanted that” well maybe if she looked off my phone in the first place. Then she charged me for a whole new drink AND IT WAS STILL WRONG AND MORE STUFF ADDED I DIDNT EVEN WANT.

Had been driving in the car with my family on a trip for about 5 hours and needed to stop and get a water to drink. The employee inside refused to fill a cup with ice or water for me....AND would not allow me to even use their restroom to get water from the faucet. Terrible customer service!!!

I stopped by here day before my meeting and I was able to get some work done.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked them about “Starbucks Coffee Traveler.” I’ve seen them before but never knew anything about it. Several of the helpful baristas educated me on it and because of their knowledge I was able to place an order for one, for following day.
The space is certainly small with only five tables and nine chairs. Not a lot of outlets to charge your portable devices. Only two or three. If you need to come here with portable devices, I recommend bringing power bank or charging your devices before coming here.
Outside patio wraps around Drive Thru, offers additional seating. Nine tables and sixteen chairs.
Overall, my experience was pleasant here while spending time catching up on work. I would recommend stopping by. My hot tea tasted great.

I went in to get my coffee via drive-thru today 3/23/25 Receipt # 734016 and the service via the drive-thru was awful. I showed her my phone to scan the Starbucks points and I told her I was going to pay card. She then proceeded to tell me that my payment didn’t go through. I NEVER gave her my payment yet. All I did was give her my reward point scan. So I thought maybe I let her scan the wrong thing. So I’m showing it to her again and rudely she said she already scanned that and needs me to pay. I was like okay no need to be rude. Her tone was disrespectful. It was a blonde highlight on her hair, she didn’t even have a name tag on when she needs to, specially with rude service.. I told her she doesn’t need to be disrespectful and while I handed her my payment she proceeded to say with an attitude she not being rude. And gave me my stuff and closed the window while I was still talking. She shouldn’t be in the window if she doesn’t like interacting with customers. Specially when I was being nice until she spoke to me disrespectfully.

I visited the store the evening of Feb 4th. I was impressed. Their customer service that night was exactly what sbux tells their new baristas it should be on the training manuals -‘legendary’. The atmosphere was chill, it really felt like ‘that third place’ (between home and work). I had the iced coffee and as soon as I took my first sip, I remembered why I come back to this place- unmatched quality and consistency. This visit reminded me of what Starbucks was like during the days of Howard Schultz. I’m sure Howard would be very proud of that night’s crew. Onward
