I ordered a 6 inch sub and asked for a good amount of pickles. She gave me 5... I asked for a couple more and she said no. I asked if I could pay for extra and she rudely told me no. If I want to pay for extra toppings I should be able to.

If I want to pay for extra olives I should be able to! Girl making my sandwich was completely rude about it. Bought 3 sandwiches mine was the only one with olives can I not get those portions of olives? I just don’t understand why! So I went to to Dollar General and spent 2.75 on a can of olives after offering the employee to pay $5 for extra! This is ridiculous!

Bad customer service, the lady closed the doors at 9:45 pm and the lobby says it closes at 10 pm. The woman didn't feel like doing her job. She had her boyfriend inside the lobby waiting on her to get off work. With the doors locked. Unacceptable as a subway franchise. You can only order by the drive-thru window. And when she handed me my food she toss it at me.
Love this store! Taylor is the absolute best ? Always makes my sandwiches perfect. I can say I do like the weekdays day crew, not sure about nights or weekend crew.

Went to the store on parkway in Russellville, AR I ordered on line when I got home both sandwiches were wrong so I call and the young lady was rude and hung up on me . Will call manager in the morning but not expecting much
