Food is fine, but they do not answer the phone since the new ownership

Your one guy in here is awesome. Super fast, friendly, builds a great sandwich, and polite. However, he needs some help. Whoever owns this place is losing money.

Because this one super employee can't keep up with multiple online orders and 10 people walking in within 10 minutes, at least 2 people walked out rather than waiting.

Why would you only have one guy working the busy dinner hours?

The minus two stars is for poor management.

If you order more than one sandwich here, break it up into multiple orders. Their listening capacity seems to be limited considering g they get my sandwich wrong repeatedly. My family can eat here if they want but I NEVER will again.

Service was slow. Took 15 minutes to order with only three sandwiches in front of us. Toasted bread was hard as a rock. The sweet onion sauce must have been changed. No coke or root beer in dispenser. Would be two days before they got more. Worst Subway ever.

〔2 Star Review〕June 2024 Edit: Ever since Nicole stopped working here, this place has not been doing too great. The staff is mostly 17 year olds and they do a great job but some things get missed or overlooked. The pizza and sandwich creation process varies by the sandwich artist and some are shorting customers by not doing it the correct way. Example: pizza with 50 pepperonis and a pizza with 3 pepperonis. Same for sandwiches too. Don't even bother calling because they don't answer the phone. Period.

March 2024 Edit: Caiden is doing a great job. Very professional and has the absolute best attitude. Just wanted the owners to know.

They favor the drive through and call-lins and keep the walk-ins waiting. Also, the prices have doubled.

Do not offer a drive thru option if you do not train your staff on drive-thru courtesy. Twice, on two separate trips, I had placed an order either on the phone or the mobile app with an estimated pick up time and each time I got there and pulled through the drive-thru, I sat there for no less than 20 minutes without even an acknowledgment from an employee that they were aware I was there. The first trip I had to call the store to tell them I was at the window and the second time I had to honk my car horn 3 times before they acknowledged me. What’s worse is they had my food ready both times and it just sat there for the whole time I had to wait for them to come to the window and give me my order. The toasted sandwiches were cold and soggy by the time they gave me my order at the window. Bottom line: If you have a drive thru in your restaurant, it would be wise to check for customers there every now and then, and then acknowledge them when they are so they know they’re being taken care of and not ignored.But even without the wait, the food was sub-par and a major disappointment.

The worst experiences ever I give details in all my orders and they never get it right if I could rate a zero star I would they never get my order right and customer service is bad and when I try to call for refund or get it fixed their phone never works. Terrible

decided to make a quick stop by for the first time in a few months and i got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich… spent the next 5 hours throwing up awfully. i always knew something funky was up with the rotisserie there;(
