The Taco Bell next to ATU used to be the best Taco Bell in town, over the past few minutes they have been slipping big time, sloppy ice cool food, missing items, rude customer service. My new favorite is this on on Elmira, food is always fresh and their customer service is awesome. Keep it up guys/gals!!

Rachel is great there. She is my favorite. Other than her I don't see a reason to pick this location over any others around. I was very unhappy that it took 28 mins to get food from a mobile order. There was no line and frankly there no excuse for it. Rachel was not there to take care of me though.

Food and Atmosphere was fine and clean, but it's literally you the customer now has do your order on kiosk machine, what has happened to Taco Bell? Whole part going order food was human interaction. They even took down the items menu above the cash registers.
