This place is a one of a kind Ark-Mex family owned and friendly place. I've been eating here since I was real young living in Russellville, Arkansas. I've moved away but always make sure to go and eat there delicious food. It's so addicting. The homemade hot sauce, I always buy a bottle to take back home to Texas.
I was skeptical when we arrived. We ordered a Toco plate, and the wife had 3 tacos. My tacos were great little heavy on the lettuce, but equal meat and cheese. The refried beans were the best I ever had. Not soupy, just right. The salad was ok and was a nice addition to the meal. I used the provided salsa left on the table it had the right amount of heat to it. The best part was the price was very fair, and the whole meal was like under $14, and I had leftovers LOL
This place has been there 50 years and it's a big middle finger to corporate fast food. The tamales chili tacos tostadas, burritos and more are better than Taco He|| and where can you find frito chili pie or jalapeño poppers and ranch? This isn't Texmex. This is Arkmex at its finest. Support small business. The food is better too.
