The building and atmosphere are enough to make me want to go back. Good live music with a $5 cover. Might want to consider turning it down a touch so people can hear one another without yelling. Service is prompt and polite.Issues were with the bar. $9 for an Old Fashion and when asked what whiskey I wanted I chose Jameson. It tasted terrible and I was charged $6 extra for the Jameson making my yucky drink $15. Asked for peach sangria next night which is on the menu and I was brought a purple drink that was peach something in a Cabernet. Showed them their drink on the menu and they brought me a new one which was much better and not made with red wine. The actual meals looked good but we showed up after 9 and could only order pub food. The pretzels are good but not sure why it was brought out on a banana holder.

Not the best place to watch games and eat. But not a lot of options. Ordered bone marrow dish. Very disappointed. It wasn't even cooked. Had to send it back.

Went to dinner last night. Getting our food was a little slow, but we were listening to music, so it didn’t bother us. The waiter (guy with dark hair I didn’t get his name) returned to our table 3 times to get our order. The menu is so large it took us a while to decide. I got the prime rib and lemon butter potatoes. It was beyond excellent. So much flavor on both. My husband got a burger and loved it. I really wanted to try the French onion soup, but you were out. The overall experience was 5 ⭐️. I’m super picky. We have been there for breakfast since the reopening, but this was our first dinner experience. We will be back.

food was excellent i came on a sunday it was really laid back not too loud but too quiet i love the experience! my fiancée got the chicken spaghetti and we both thought chicken on spaghetti was kinda weird but it was actually amazing. and i got the chateaubriand and it was very good and i love the sauce they put on top the cabernet demi glaze. the service was very good we sat at the bar and the bartenders beth and anthony and they was very nice and had a great personality.

The food is excellent. The service was terrible. We sat there for 30 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink order then waited another hour on the food. They also ned to turn off the music downstairs when the band starts playing upstairs. Having 2 different songs blaring at the same time doesn't make for a good dining experience.

We love eating at The Old Bank! When we have company come in from out of town, we always take them there! They recently did an updated menu! Have some amazing choices! Food is great and the drinks are also good! We also love their creme brûlée!

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. They accommodated all requests, and the food was delightful. Staff went above and beyond. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant for any meal.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen accommodates requests.Kid-friendliness: There were several children each time we were there. There is a kid's menu.

I was here to enjoy time with family and the waitress was so rude she left while we were ordering, the food is also really spicy I'm not no person that can handle that so I asked if there was no seasoning option would be ok of that sort and she rolled her eyes and left then I order some fries for an appetizer and I received them they were nothing but crispy crumbs no potatoes or anything six days later I ended getting 6 cancor sores from all the crispy fries. Just don't order from here

I haven't experienced being this uncomfortable since Chili's in Pine Bluff. My daughter and I were absolutely humiliated. All for over-spiced chips. We were shunned as patrons (with malice) ever since respectfully requesting unspiced chips. I can live with alot, overpaying for cringeworthy moments aren't one of them. Vote with your dollar somewhere else. Please.
