Didn’t supply fork with salad in drive through. Special request was wrong! Waste of $10!
The last two times I have been here, in the drive thru, I was expected to give a tip. When you give them a debit card, they hand out a little machine with your card in it. You have to use the arrows to tell them how much % you would like to tip. I said NO tip, they take the machine back, and look at it to see the %. After they saw I said no tip, I got a snarled expression, then after handing me the smoothie, the window door was slammed to show their dislike of no tip.

The cafe has calm atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax. The Caribbean jersey chicken wrap is a popular choice, with options to customize with different sauces. Vegetarians will appreciate the plant-based protein substitute available for the Santa Fe Chicken quesadilla. The sandwich options have always been fresh and tasty. This location is needing a whole remodel or a new location all together would be so much better. It is pricey, but overall, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a great spot to grab a bite and a smoothie. The environment is kid friendly and accessible.
