Love this place, both the staff and my bank account know that much. Everyone is always really nice and my food/drinks are always perfectly made.

I had to leave the drive thru line because their tickets times were running more than five minutes a ticket and there were 5 cars in front of me. drive thru should have a ticket time of 5 minutes or less, not more.

Terrible cooking talking about 3 cheese quesadilla shi has barley 1 cheese in it and use grain sized cheese portions in the cheese quesadilla dam near just cooked bread n they add themselfs tips without asking 🙅 now there watering down their smoothies and gave my niece a fully unripe green banana like let the banana ripen atleast n ran out of dragonfruit these young workers genuinely don’t know how to do the minimum work the fully green banana is actually Dispicable it’s rare to even find a fully green banana at grocery stores 🤯

I star buying the smoothies 2 weeks ago. They were delicious. Suddenly they start watering them out. They are putting more ice and smoothies loosing the good taste.

very rude..i called to s/w someone in restaurant..the manager screamed at the top of her lungs then hung up on me..very unprofessional..there are other locations to go to..I suggest you go there..prices too high to have to deal with such bad service

The food is usually really good, but it takes forever to get my food, even when I order through the app. I can order it, drive up there in about 15 minutes, and they still haven't started the food. They are very understaffed for their workload

The food wasn’t bad a little expensive but everything is now a day but my smoothie was full of huge round ice chunks. Don’t like chewing my smoothies.

I order on the app and my food is placed in a little bookcase so I can zip in and have zero interaction with anyone. I sincerely love that. My food has always been correct and ready. If I am seen, the staff does greet me, which is not ideal, but all in all, a great place

Stopped in yesterday and grabbed a smoothie and a wrap yesterday, service was great, the guy with the septum was so nice and helpful when placing my order inside but dang it was HOT. Their AC must be out and it had to be almost 90° degrees in there. I felt so bad for the workers having to suffer there for a whole shift, just 10 minutes inside and I was sweating! Shame on the higher ups for not getting that AC fixed ASAP!! These poor people having to work in those conditions, I can’t imagine the fridge and freezers are having a easy time cooling the food in the back either. I hope this is fixed soon or they close until it’s fixed, its TOO HOT to be working in those conditions!

It's good. Service is good. This location is needing a whole remodel or a new location all together would be so much better foe the company, customers and even the associates would probably benefit.
