Didn’t supply fork with salad in drive through. Special request was wrong! Waste of $10!

I don’t ever post anything about any business, but Liz oh Liz. I ordered my usual with double whey to my surprise no whey😩 Walked in and kindly explained I requested double whey, when “Liz” jumps in and interrupts “Caleb” (who took my order) and says “we don’t have whey or pea protein” Caleb jumps in and apologizes saying he thought he heard “no protein” instead of “double” he immediately starts making me another smoothie while Liz heads to the back all awkwardly. Like really Liz? Really? Why you gotta be lying? Ugh! Everyone makes mistakes why can’t you just own up to it and go on with your life. Caleb, thank you for remaking my smoothie, Liz can learn a thing or two 😉

P.S.
I wouldn’t have posted if it wasn’t for Liz.
Also, my smoothie still didn’t taste right, it was too watery. I know he was kinda nervous, but it’s ok. Had to trash it.

So I went to grab something to eat with my friends yesterday, and while we were waiting for our order, I noticed that the employees had to scoop out peanut butter from like this tub? Which was open too. I thought it was a little weird because I seen that peanut butter bottle thing before. I asked one of the employees about it and they said it was what their GM gave to them earlier, like to just scoop out the peanut butter like that instead. I don’t know what their GM is doing with that, but thought it was really weird. I wasn’t mad or anything though, and I could tell the employees just doing what they can, I get it. Again, just a weird thing for a manager to do. Otherwise, our smoothies and food came out just fine, they did good!

Ordered two smoothies at the drive through after a dentist appointment. The girl at the window gave me the wrong change by a lot. I had to drive back around to get it corrected

I had to leave the drive thru line because their tickets times were running more than five minutes a ticket and there were 5 cars in front of me. drive thru should have a ticket time of 5 minutes or less, not more.

Terrible cooking talking about 3 cheese quesadilla shi has barley 1 cheese in it and use grain sized cheese portions in the cheese quesadilla dam near just cooked bread n they add themselfs tips without asking 🙅 now there watering down their smoothies and gave my niece a fully unripe green banana like let the banana ripen atleast n ran out of dragonfruit these young workers genuinely don’t know how to do the minimum work the fully green banana is actually Dispicable it’s rare to even find a fully green banana at grocery stores 🤯

I star buying the smoothies 2 weeks ago. They were delicious. Suddenly they start watering them out. They are putting more ice and smoothies loosing the good taste.

very rude..i called to s/w someone in restaurant..the manager screamed at the top of her lungs then hung up on me..very unprofessional..there are other locations to go to..I suggest you go there..prices too high to have to deal with such bad service

The food is usually really good, but it takes forever to get my food, even when I order through the app. I can order it, drive up there in about 15 minutes, and they still haven't started the food. They are very understaffed for their workload
