This is one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is always very friendly and the food and drinks are always great. Today a person with short hair and the coolest back of ear tattoo (mute button) informed me that they were out of pineapple salsa for my Caribbean jersey chicken wrap. I said that was perfectly fine and they recommended a different sauce. I asked them to choose what they think would taste the best on the wrap and put it on the side. They smiled and said they would! A few minutes later a different associate handed me my drinks and food. I looked in the bag and they gave me guacamole on the side. I absolutely love quacamole so this was the best choice she could have made for me. Everyone I interacted with today was extremely pleasant and I had a wonderful experience. Best wraps and smoothies around!
Greatest quesadilla I have ever had! The Santa Fe Chicken 'Dilla has never tasted bad any time I've went there! I am a vegetarian, so I normally don't have a wide variety of foods when eating out, but a Tropical Smoothie employee told me that there is a plant-based protein to substitute instead of getting meat, and the amazing part is, it doesn't taste bad like most plant-based foods! I thank that employee for being kind for pointing that out! The atmosphere is calm, where you can get a smoothie and relax.

Most of the time it's good, I always order ahead to avoid the lines. I just wish they could make my favorite smoothie taste great consistently (chia banana boost). Sometimes it taste great and is the perfect texture, other times it's very watery and doesn't as good. But I'll continue to come non the less, because it's the healthier option for a quick bite
