Ordered for two healthcare workers (who can’t leave the hospital) via DoorDash. They only sent one half of the order. When called, their only solution was a refund instead of making it right and sending the second half of the order. Will never order from here again and definitely will never eat here in person.

the service here sucks be prepared to wait a long time for your meal and acknowledgment when you are seated. food is average. must have changed owners the lady that owned it was not present so this may be the reason for bad service

This is our second time ordering from Umami and if we lived in the area, we would eat here all the time. The Hibachi Filet Mignon and Hibachi Chicken was delicious and the portions were huge. We also tried the Hot & Sweet Roll and ohhh myyyy goshhh, it was amazing. All of the flavors just popped!! Umami will be our go to each time we pass through.

I wouldn't have fed the steak they served me to my dog. Not matter how you order it...it is WELL DONE. Why even ask how we want the steak cooked if you already know what you will do with it?

Just not worth the price. The chicken often takes like it is a day old and the microwave it or something. Nasty.
