We had a great experience at the Waffle House in Russellville, AR. Melissa was extremely attentive and made sure we received everything we ordered in a timely manner. Despite the fast-paced environment and how busy it was, she handled everything with professionalism and care. It was clear she was doing her best to serve everyone, and we truly appreciated the effort. Melissa deserves a raise—employees like her make all the difference!

Just ate there 12:23 May 3rd 2025 the crew was awesome they changed out gloves kept it clean and very much professional awesome job Russellville Arkansas I got the all-star with sausage patties on the side

Went there today 3/22 @3pm the workers were on serious drugs and was very easy to see.. the person cooking was sticking her tongue out and acting really crazy that's a big no thank you..it's never been this way smh..

I had such a wonderful experience at Waffle House, thanks to our amazing server! Lissett was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Not only did she take our order with a smile, but she also checked in just the right amount to make sure we had everything we needed.
The food came out quickly, was hot and delicious, and our server made sure our drinks were always topped off. Her positive attitude and great energy really made our visit special. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and enjoys her work. Thank you for a great experience—will definitely be coming back!

I’ve visited Waffle House restaurants in many states and I must say this location is by far the friendliest, cleanest and most professional one I’ve seen. The waitress took our order immediately. Other customers were pleasant and friendly. Most importantly, the cooks… OMG! They were clean and I mean their cooking methods were CLEAN and orderly. Our orders were cooked exactly the way we ordered it and the entire exchange left me speechless. It may sound like a bit much but I’ve seen some horrible Waffle House restaurants. Stopped here on 9-21-24 at 21:10 ordered a large coffee to go. First of all I walked in and everybody was looking at me like I had 3 heads. No greeting or anything. So let's get this straight I chose to stop here and patronize this establishment and I have to greet the workers. lol okay if this establishment keeps this up it will have a pernicious effect on business and they will be out of business soon. Than the associates start bickering over whose going to serve me. I don't know if they were thinking it was going to be a fruitless endeavor regarding a tip but it was a terrible experience. The girl gives me my coffee black doesn't put no sugar or cream in it or asks me if I need any sugar or cream. The only thing she gave me was a damn Attitude and consternation. I said I'll just put the sugar and cream in myself. I was inclined not to tip her for this terrible transgression. However, because I'm what you would call a reasonable man and act beyond blame and reproach i tipped her $5.00 off of a $2.71 bill. See Waffle House you think you won this battle but the customer always wins the war. I will not stop at another waffle house again. Sick of the turgid unprofessional atmosphere of this business which has become quotidian.
