Online order is a joke! They have nowhere for you to park to bring it to you. I had to go in and get it. They didn't even start preparing it until I "checked in" even though it was already paid for online. Took almost 20 minutes from the time it was ordered until I got the food! What's the purpose of an online order if you have to check in before they even start preparing it! Might as well just order while you're there or go through the drive though.

The service was quite disappointing. My chicken ranch grill wrap was not even a wrap, more like a taco, and my food was cold. I intend to not return.

I’d go here after work they would have really good food for the last year, but for the last few months they have not been good at all, old dry over cooked burgers, they don’t ever put the right stuff on the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwhich and the chicken has also tasted dry and old, rip my favorite place, guess I gotta go to the one by the gas station now

I've never been a fan of Wendy's. I ate there about a month ago after not having it for 10 years. It was not any better than it was 10 years ago. Cold cheese was not melted. The bacon was not good. My fiance worked here for a short bit. I'm glad she doesn't anymore!

Went to wendys 5-29-24. Pulled up to order at the drive thru after waiting for awhile they said they couldn't take my order because the system was down. They lost a lot of business because it was lunch time.
