Dinner ilast night was a Zaxby’s cob grilled chicken salad to go. We normally love Zaxby’s salads.
This location has had issues since they opened with getting our salads made right, quality of food in our salads and size of salads.
The tomatoes on both of our salads we’re so white and unripe we had to take them off. 😡 (see picture) This has been happening a lot lately at this location. I shouldn’t have to take off anything and replace with my own. Other restaurants...read full review
Order a Sandwich, get charged for a meal. And since when is the meat on a club fried? Never again!
We tried this for the first time & it's our new favorite place!😍
The food was so good that we both set in our car in silence eating - this is rare for me! 😁 My meal was $7.99 before taxes. It was a 4 (or 5 ?) piece chicken fingers which were ah-mazing! tasted and looked like REAL chicken. The flavor was outstanding! Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a variety of tasty dishes, from the classic Chicken Finger plate to the Southern Fried shrimp deal and the new grilled Chicken Philly sandwich. Customers often praise the food quality, especially the chicken tenders and buffalo chicken sandwich combo, which features three tenders on two pieces of Texas toast. Fries are cooked to perfection with a flavorful seasoning, and the sweet tea is enjoyed by many. The restaurant is known for its friendly and helpful staff, and the service is generally quick. However, some visitors find the restaurant very hot, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The self-serve drinks area could be improved by clearly marking the tea options, as there are two large tea jugs side by side, one sweet and one unsweet, with no labels. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience remains satisfying for many customers.
