Food was good, sat in the drive thru line at 9:15 pm for over 30 min since the lobby was closed. There was no signage at the store or online that the lobby closed early. I know a lot of places close their lobbies early, but they all have it posted on the door.

I was standing at the counter waiting on my order and the 2 girls up front did not even acknowledge me!! Worst place ever on customer service!!
I love this place! The food is soooo good. But my mom ordered 4 peice chicken finger meal plate. It comes with extra fries, toast or coleslaw. We ordered the same thing but I got extra toast instead of coleslaw. My mom got coleslaw and it had what looks like a black beard hair. My mom wasn't a Karen about it. She lost her appetite, though, wondering where that could have came from.

Do not use mobile ordering here!!!! We stopped in on our way home to Oklahoma for some lunch. I had ordered ahead using the Zaxby’s app and came in about 5 minutes earlier than it stated the food would be done at. I had only ordered a 3 piece chicken strips meal and 2 grilled cheese kids meal so I didn’t figure it would take too long. My husband went in, the place was empty besides one table and employees, but they stated the mobile order had not come through yet. He came back to the car and I gave them until pick-up time and I went back in instead. They asked to see the mobile order, my email confirmation (which I provided) and the pending transaction on my bank (3 different types of payment confirmations on my end). Then the lady then proceeded to call the franchise owner (or maybe the manager ?) for over 20 minutes until she finally came back out and apologized, but that they had to wait until it came through on their end. This was a Zaxby’s mobile order issue and not the locations fault necessarily, but it definitely wasn’t a “customer issue” that should’ve been pushed onto me for over 20 minutes at a fast-food restaurant. My 5 minute stop turned into 30 minutes, which caused us to be late to an event we had in Oklahoma. 10/10 recommend using their drive-thru rather than mobile ordering because it will get done so much quicker.

I give up. I tried twice to give this Zaxby's a shot without even a successful order being placed. First time I was going to order a large family plate ahead of time, but their online ordering system was non functioning. Second time it was after 6pm and as I approached the location in the dark none of their lights were on outside. I pulled in though because I could see lights on inside,but when I got around to the drive thru again I was in the dark and couldn't even read the menu. Honestly if this is the best a franchiser can do they should sell it to someone who cares about doing business.

I recently took my daughter and husband to the Russellville ark to dine in well we ordered 3 bone in meals it started off I got charged for a bone out and my wings was all hard so we talked with the manager he said he would replace our food to throw what we had out so we assumed he was replacing our whole order so that’s what we did then he just ends up replace the wings only but one order was rung up wrong I told the manger he says he can’t replace my food because I pay for what I got which was wrong so I will not be going back to this Zaxby and I was a returning customer up till yesterday.

Driving through the area, saw the Zaxby's sign and had to have it! It's been awhile since I've been to this chain and I was excited to see that they offer chicken breast sandwiches now. I almost ordered that, but went with my tried and true order - buffalo chicken sandwich combo. This is 3 tenders on 2 pieces of texas toast. It was delicious! I love the taste of the buffalo and I also had a ranch on the side. The fries were cooked to perfection and I love the seasoning they put on them. I also enjoyed the sweet tea.
It was very slow when I arrived, which is good because I took a minute to make up my mind on my order. The employee was friendly and helpful - she explained the sandwiches and how they were different than the tender sandwich. Service was excellent and the food came up very quickly.
The restaurant was very clean but very HOT. I mean, so hot I almost took my meal to my car to eat it... I was sweating just standing in line to order.
There is also an opportunity to clearly mark the teas. Drinks are self serve and there were 2 big tea jugs side by side, one sweet, one unsweet, neither marked. Again - it was slow so I was able to ask, but if it was busy this would have been an annoyance.

Wow, this restaurant is gorgeous clean and big! They are a little understaffed at the moment so the speed of service could be improved but man Zaby’s did not disappoint

We got to the restaurant an hour before it said on Google that they closed. I could tell none of the two workers up front wanted to help us order. They kept telling each other “you go” and when someone finally came after what felt like forever he was rude, slamming the cups on the counter, and made us feel like we should not be eating there.Then like 20 min later they went to go ask us if we were almost done eating. So we hurried up and finished.Will not go back to Zaxby’s aim Russellville, Ar.
