What Cracker Barrel strives to be! Great family atmosphere with great food and pricing!
I understand being busy & young help, BUT we waited over 20 min to finally get our food & had to ask for drinks & never even got water. Noone ever acknowledged us sitting there waiting with no drinks & waitress never apologized. Sent someone else out with drinks then just walked by & gave our ticket to pay when ready. Worst service I have had anywhere. Hashbrowns were greasy & mushy. Omelet was overcooked.
A much better Cracker Barrel type experience! Chicken fried chicken is delicious with a thick, juicy piece of breast with a good deal of breading that isn’t overkill. The mash taters are thick and hot. Okra is tender, not crunchy. Sweet tea is sweight, which is why I loved it. The homemade rolls are good if you like an extremely soft, airy roll. This is owned and run by a family and there are great t shirt options and other things to browse while you wait for a table. Highly recommend, as it’s not the typical nearby Branson swill.
Coffee is not as strong as I’d like but the pancakes are HUGE.
Foods a little on the skimpy side but wasn't bad
Nice place. The staff is excellent, but the cinnamon roll wasn't good and had tons of cinnamon.
