Horrible, the sonic in Ash Flat is just as bad as the one in Salem! Both got my order Wrong (2 items) and wouldn't do anything for me. Told me I could wait while they got it right and pay for it! Worthless, I will never try any Sonic anywhere and it's a shame that's all they offer us in remote regions!
I ordered my food set there for almost an hour. My food never came out. People pulled in after me got their food and left. This was total bull crap. I even saw what looked like my order came out, went to 3 cars, went back in, and never came back out. Sorry, but that place should be shut down they couldn't even say apologize for my haveing to sit in a hot car at 80% Temps and never getting my food. I'm so done with this sonic.

Like everyone else, my order was wrong! Since when does wacky pack kids meals come with a medium drink and no toy? Also ordered a medium drink and was charged for a large. After spending 20 minutes trying to get Hayden to understand a simple order. I won't go back!

They got my order wrong on Three different occasions .tonight I drove over 50 miles because they screwed up my order again. When asked for the owners number I was told no. Terrible managers Terable food soggy lettuce fries dumped in my bag and my burger was smashed. I will never eat at sonic in salem arkansas again.

If you want your order to be regularly messed up by all means go there. They regularly mess up my order and when I say they made a mistake they make me look like I’m crazy. But then say they know they made a mistake but do nothing to correct the mistakes. Go to DQ instead they don’t mess up.
