“Well my last review of this place was great but they built a new building and the last two times I've been through there they got my order completely wrong. Wrong sandwich wrong. Drink wrong everything the last two times so I called and told the manager and then there was nothing but dead air for about a minute and a half so I just hung up. No offer to replace my incorrect order no. I'm sorry sir. Just nothing they need to hire some people in there that know what they're doing or at least act like it every time I go through there. All the employees are just standing around looking at each other. Like what do I do next? Sorry for the bad review but it fits the bill. I don't understand why you can go to Chick-fil-A and they never get it wrong. They always get the stuff in the bag that you asked for. I hate to say this also but I think it has to do with the quality of people they hire. Burger King needs to do the same“
