i came in needing to get my order fixed because i messed up and this lady in a purple shirt i’m guessing she’s a manager but she was absolutely very mean she had an attitude when i was trying to describe what happened and rolled her eyes and threw my food away absolutely disgusting how she acted 0/10

I went through the Drive-Thru at 10:30pm on July 6th and the yound short skinny guy at the window was extremely rude, he spoke over my wife as she tried to order are food. Look I know we were ordering close to close, but that leaves no excuse to be short with your customers, I manage in fast-food and I can tell you that's a no go

Has messed up my order literly every.single.time. I say heavy sause then none, no tomato's but they add them. I'm seriously allergic so I can't jus pick them off. I give them a second try to see if it's a bad shift but no. EVERY.SINGLE.

One of the worst meals I've had in a long,long time. Burger was cold and stale. Fries were over cooked and cold. This wasn't the first bad meal I've gotten there, but It will be my last
Had an on-line order. Took forever to get our food. Texas double whopper - all the jalapeños were clumped together in one bite. The guy at the window was very friendly but service was extremely slow. If someone's order is not ready, ask them to pull forward so the other people can get theirs.

It just depends on who is hired and works, hence the one star for service.
But I guess it is just a fast-food restaurant so there's that.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper, the meat isn't meat, it's actually plant-based. And it still tastes good.
