I went through the Drive-Thru at 10:30pm on July 6th and the yound short skinny guy at the window was extremely rude, he spoke over my wife as she tried to order are food. Look I know we were ordering close to close, but that leaves no excuse to be short with your customers, I manage in fast-food and I can tell you that's a no go

Has messed up my order literly every.single.time. I say heavy sause then none, no tomato's but they add them. I'm seriously allergic so I can't jus pick them off. I give them a second try to see if it's a bad shift but no. EVERY.SINGLE.

Had an on-line order. Took forever to get our food. Texas double whopper - all the jalapeños were clumped together in one bite. The guy at the window was very friendly but service was extremely slow. If someone's order is not ready, ask them to pull forward so the other people can get theirs.

But I guess it is just a fast-food restaurant so there's that.
Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper, the meat isn't meat, it's actually plant-based. And it still tastes good.

The most expensive part of the food bought was the fiery mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were old, hard, and crusty. Then I tried to claim my crowns when I got home for the rewards and it told me that the rewards were already claimed. So one of the employees claimed my reward points. I will probably not return to this location.

Just left on ona Saturday on Memorial Day Weekend. Have to say this was the first time in this BK in Searcy, and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness, fresh, hot food, and wonderful attitudes from the employee. To tip it off, this retired US Army First Sergeant was honored to see the POW/MIA table the restaurant had and the front of the establishment. BK, you have earned yourself a life-long loyal customer!! (The manager on-site was also delightful and they had parking for my trailer! ?)
