We arrived art 2:00pm placed order at drive through. We have been here several times. We pulled around to use the restroom facility. I was shocked to find it so nasty and dirty!!! You could tell that it had not Been cleaned in a LONG TIME!!! This is unexceptionable!! Please train staff that the restrooms need to be cleaned 🧹 as well!!!

I got take out and fries were good n all but the wrap was dry and had barely any condiments in it. The burgers were alright but some of them had WAY too many mayo onto it plus, the burgers seemed like they were lazily made and they didn’t even care to make it perfect.

Ordered a impossible Whopper onion rings and Dr pepper the only thing that is right is my drink. Wouldn't be so bad if I lived there was just passing through for work I live in Nashville. I don't eat meat so burger King is usually the only place I will stop and eat. But dang now I got nothing to eat

POS morning staff. Don't listen to what your ordering and then get it wrong. Called And told them my order was wrong and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Learn how to listen and make the order right.
Not enough workers at lunch time- waited 10 min. Don’t know how to use Walmart + discount. Don’t know got to use kiosk in store! So we’re did not get out deal. Poor manager training.

Well my last review of this place was great but they built a new building and the last two times I've been through there they got my order completely wrong. Wrong sandwich wrong. Drink wrong everything the last two times so I called and told the manager and then there was nothing but dead air for about a minute and a half so I just hung up. No offer to replace my incorrect order no. I'm sorry sir. Just nothing they need to hire some people in there that know what they're doing or at least act like it every time I go through there. All the employees are just standing around looking at each other. Like what do I do next? Sorry for the bad review but it fits the bill. I don't understand why you can go to Chick-fil-A and they never get it wrong. They always get the stuff in the bag that you asked for. I hate to say this also but I think it has to do with the quality of people they hire. Burger King needs to do the same

Probably The worst Burger King I have ever had it was terrible was cold. They didn't even get the order right. My wife had the original chicken sandwich. It was so greasy after two bites. She just threw it away. The food was terrible. The girl in register was terribly slow and still managed to screw up the order. After eating here I'd be reluctant to eat at any Burger King anymore. Seem their quality is terrible!.
