Well my last review of this place was great but they built a new building and the last two times I've been through there they got my order completely wrong. Wrong sandwich wrong. Drink wrong everything the last two times so I called and told the manager and then there was nothing but dead air for about a minute and a half so I just hung up. No offer to replace my incorrect order no. I'm sorry sir. Just nothing they need to hire some people in there that know what they're doing or at least act like it every time I go through there. All the employees are just standing around looking at each other. Like what do I do next? Sorry for the bad review but it fits the bill. I don't understand why you can go to Chick-fil-A and they never get it wrong. They always get the stuff in the bag that you asked for. I hate to say this also but I think it has to do with the quality of people they hire. Burger King needs to do the same

Probably The worst Burger King I have ever had it was terrible was cold. They didn't even get the order right. My wife had the original chicken sandwich. It was so greasy after two bites. She just threw it away. The food was terrible. The girl in register was terribly slow and still managed to screw up the order. After eating here I'd be reluctant to eat at any Burger King anymore. Seem their quality is terrible!.

Nice new Burger Kind building. Service was great, the food was great but it was so hot inside. The front windows are untinted, and at 6:00, the sun just beats in and overpowers the AC. Please help the workers and patrons by dropping some real dark tint on those front windows. Otherwise, good experience.

Wait over 29 mins they never called out the order. Advise salesperson of the wait then he says oh it rigth here where other customers was talking and breathing on it. No refund they wouldn't offer to remade guess I got stuck on 15 dollars WILL NEVER RETURN BAD SERVICE. PROBABLY NEED TO HAVE PERSONS DRUG TESTED.

Mexican manager was very rude She was snatching receipts out of ppl hand and throwing food every where on the counter. It this situation doesn't get solve I will file a lawsuit
Made burger wrong..no cheese and had onions. Plus the bathrooms are not kid friendly. Folks if you want your kids to have privacy take them else where for the restroom. This new building was built for non- binary folks! Shame on you to burger King for allowing this franchise owner to build it this way. I used to frequent this location many times a week till now. You have lost my and my family's. Money.

I went on a Thursday night between 9:30 and 10 and someone lady was being very angry and rude at the manager. She was awful, but the manager was cool and short staffed, which I hate. Her and the couple of boys that were working were doing a great job and were feeding so many people with SHORT STAFF and dealing with impatience and anger. I hope that lady that was rude gets out in her place very soon. Good job folks. Keep on keepin on.
