My wife and I went to Captain D’s in Searcy for a late dinner on 1/22/23…The young lady who was working the front counter (I wish I could remember her name)gave us some of the best service I have encountered anywhere in Searcy…This is the 2’nd time in the last 3 weeks that she has waited on us… I am retired food service and this is without a doubt the most pleasant food service employee I have ever encountered…I would be remiss if I didn’t also say that the facility...read full review
We hadn’t been in sometime because of the service. We see things have PICKED UP!! One of the managers is a very nice black gentleman and we was impressed by his service and attitude. Don’t know what you did but keep up the great work.
With no one in the drive through line ahead of me, after a 15 minute wait I drove to the window to be told they are too busy to take drive through orders. Funny though, the guy who was too busy to take orders had plenty of time to go on break outside. Not my first bad experience with the Searcy Captain D's but will certainly be my last.
