I haven't had a meal this bad from Captain D's for a while. The food was not fresh. I went around 1:15. The only thing that was decent was the bread rolls. I probably should have gotten the lobster rolls instead of the Ultimate platter. The fries and broccoli were decent. I had low expectations when they didn't park me to prepare the food fresh. I guess I won't be back for another 12months, once they change the cook. The girl at the drive-thru window was super sweet.

Captain Ds gets a bad rep....but I love it. We don't have these in Austin, TX, so when we come home....it's on. Service is great and immediate. Food is cooked fresh. The only complaint ever is that the sauces are now behind the counter. Wish they still had the pumps....

Extremely disappointed in the fish sandwich. The sandwich was mushed up fish rather than fillets like we normally have.
This place has very friendly people in the drive thru. Usually the fries aren't great, but this last time they were good. The fish was good as always!

I haven't been for several years because the place was dirty and the food was greasy. I went tonight with some friends and the food was not greasy, tasted good, and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will start going again.
