Came in with my dad to get det dinner, it was busy so we waited patiently when my food came it sat in the window for way to long, went to the front to get it and waited with the manager lady in the kitchen just playing and cutting it up with the crew while the other manager has no up front help. So I said just give me a refund she said ok I dint know how I said ok . Oh it gets better im gonna call her tatoo because she didn't have a name tag. She came from the back asking why this why that. It doesn't matter why, or how come. When the customer ask for a refund you just say with a smile yes let me get right on that.
Super bad attitude with manager on the with glasses and tattoos on arms plus the kitchen plays to much, both manager needs retraining 26th of December

Your manger named Megan or Michel I can’t remember her name. she kept flirting with my boyfriend and then wrote her number on his receipt completely unprofessional! He was clearly with me we just paid separately the disrespect of this girl is wild! We will never be coming back thanks to your poor choice of management and there disrespectful behaviors

Stopped in today. Ate Captain D's the first time I've eaten here in years..
I was very surprised the food was quite good and the service was fast, efficient and friendly.
The location itself was clean, including the restrooms.
I feel that the food is a little overpriced, however it was good change for something different and the noise level in the lobby was very moderate.
The slowest drive through on planet earth. Ordered at 6:11 and didn't get my food until 6:53. They told me I couldn't cancel my order. Wont be back. Oh and they didn't even get my order right 😆 terrible.
