I’m usually a regular customer at this location but since this past time I will not be returning. Went in through the drive thru to order and it took nearly 15 minutes, mind you there was only a car in front of me on the second lane and no cars in the first line. There were people standing in the first lane, but instead of coming over to take my order they just stood then and one guy when told to come take my order rolled his eyes. What’s the point of working if you’re going to have that attitude when told to do your job. The food was not only cold but they messed up my order when I stated “please no pickles.” Upsetting to have been treated that way and for the blue stripe shirt shift lead to have let it slide.

What’s the point of having 2 people to take an order if they’re not working together to advance the line forward. The car in front of us was a little slower to order which is fine, but instead of taking our order you just stand there.

I haven't had Chick-fil-A in years due to the long lines that usually wrap around the building more than twice. Today was the first time I have seen not 1 car in the drive through so I jumped on the opportunity to grab a🔥Cobb salad I remember having last time I was there and my husband who has never had Chick-fil-A got the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich who is also a vegetarian, but we definitely chose to be carnivores and has no regrets! The food was up to par and did not disappoint! Plus getting through the drive through and receiving our food in under 3 mins total was a plus! Highly recommend this location!

I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal. There was a bun, chicken, and 2 tiny pickle slices. I am not sure what is supposed to be deluxe about that. The picture definitely showed lettuce and tomatoes, but they don't put it on your sandwich. Never going there again.
Hey guy's do not go to this place because me and my daughter went to this place and my daughter wanted a chicken sandwich and french fries and we went to the drive thru and and we got the food and my Daughter love it but later on midnight i was sleeping in my room and my Daughter was crying she woke me up and she told me she threw up and she said her stomach hurt really bad and i got up and look at her threw up and i was shocked 😲 and she never threw up so much and I had to clean it up and she stayed all night so do not go there and I never taking my daughter to this place again. 😞😓😩

Great service everyone is great here. The service was the best I’ve ever got in Chick fila A. One of the workers I think his name is Reese, he was super nice and asked us if we were good and asked us if we needed anything else out here and actually took our trash for us as well. The people are great, service good and someone give Reese a promotion man deserves it.
