This place is very hit or miss. We’ve had terrible service and we’ve had okay service (never good honestly) and the food is okay. It’s not the best chilis I’ve been to. I also am annoyed with the to go orders. Ordered to go last weekend and knew I was about 25-30 min out of town so I set my pickup time for 6:45 and they texted me at 6:33 saying my food was ready. So that left me picking up cold soggy food.

We love chili's! We love it because of the staff. We normally sit at the bar but occasionally have to get a table. The servers are great. Very attentive. We have not always had a perfect experience at chili's like any other place they have had alot of new hires but even on days we have had any issue it was quickly fixed. The Gm and managers are always great and they have a few amazing cooks

Poor service, mediocre food. Twice the price for something you could have got at a fast food place. And why can't we simply pay and get a receipt instead of having to give out of our email or phone numbers to have the receipts sent to.

Poor service, Staff did not want to accept valid photo ID. A manager told me my ID would have to be sent to the back and I would have to join Chilis rewards club if I wanted to drink. In 20 years of drinking at Chili's I have never experienced such.

Krisdee was our server and when I mean I will request her every time, I mean it! She was so attentive, kind, and helpful! The food was amazing and was timed perfectly when delivered. My daughter and I both ordered our very own triple dipper as our meal so we could try variations of food and the egg rolls, big mouth bites and chicken crispers were all phenomenal! Also, make sure to try the salsa and chips as it is the best and a must have every time ago! Request krisdee as your waitress and you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience paired with the great food!

I did a delivery order from this location. Food was perfect and delivery timely..
There were 5 of us for lunch. Everyone's food came out but son in laws. Daughter is gluten free. Salad had croutons. Sent it back. Looked like they picked the croutons off. There were crumbs in the salad. Son in laws meal was wrong. Sent it back. Overall not a good experience. Do better.
The food was great, the employees are courteous, the service was prompt but if you're ordering to go, double check your order. You just might be missing something you ordered & paid for. 😏
