As much as I love the product and have supported this store, the owners are rude!!! While my friend and I were visiting The Healthy Hub two doors down, the owner came in and confronted us, as customers of another retailer, for parking in front of his shop at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. Keep in mind, Crème & Sugar does not open until 1pm on a Sunday. He asked for my friend to move his vehicle, even though they weren’t open. His justification was that the elderly needed a space to park, although there are two handicap parking spots available just a few spots down.
This is not our first experience with this same situation. Another friend of mine was confronted by two of the owners about the same situation. The landlords of their unit and the others have been notified about the situation with a response of “There is no assigned parking.” The owners are aware that the landlord has been notified, yet they continue to confront customers of other businesses regardless.
I leave this review because after two different experiences, this is not somewhere I want to support as a small business in this town.

I loved the variety of toppings that they offer and David was super helpful. I had been looking for this type of place in the area between Searcy and Cabot, and I was so excited to find Creme & Sugar!

Their service is always on point! And they have pretty much any topping to go on ice cream and any flavor for snow cones. I love that they do snow cones all year around it is so convenient! This is definitely a go to when I’m craving a sweet treat.

This place was soo fun and had soo many wonderful treat options, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and everything was so great will definitely be back 10 out of 10 reccomend !
My kids has been excited to go to this place for a long time and I took them there. Their ages are 17, 13 and 12 and they went in with a 41 year old man. While they were there a lady was starring at them the whole time and told them not to get much cause it's expensive then my 13 year old daughter got some on her finger and licked it and she said don't eat it before you buy it and made them feel uncomfortable the whole time. I called to talk to the manager about the experience and he said she did nothing wrong and my kids were in the wrong and unsupervised even though they was with a 41 year old man so I asked him if the owner would be there for me to talk to and he said I'm the owners son so you think you can get past me and I told him I was leaving a review on my experience and he said he would comment back on the review and tell that my kids were misbehaving although I'm around them all the time and I think I know how they act and I could tell from his interaction with me that they don't know how to run a business or provide customer service. I can also tell by other reviews that rude customer service is the norm here and the responses from the owner is defensive and on the rude side instead of trying to empathize and make it right for the customer so im not expecting to be rectified by this post. I will NEVER return to this place and I will definitely spread the word of my awful experience.

Parking: Typical commercial strip parking, no impediments.
Kid-friendliness: It an ice cream and froyo shop, what kid (or adult) doesn't enjoy one, the other or both.

Absolutely love this place! My go to place whenever I want something sweet. I love their shaved ice the most. I love the summer so this place is perfect for shaved ice and ice cream. I always stop by on my birthday to get ice cream. Best of the best.
I ordered a cookie dough, monster macaron, and a dark chocolate macaron. The flavors were accurate. that is only because the macarons are not made fresh in-house. They are frozen.The macaron was fresh. For ice cream I got happy tracks, which is a vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate and peanut butter chocolate pieces. The customer service was very rude and impatient. Yes this behavior was coming from the owner in particular. He was rushing us through our ordering process and basically at the door. Probably would not visit again for service or macaron goods.
