I enjoy stopping at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill locations. You know what you’re going to get and it’s very reasonably priced. The service at this location was fantastic. Friendly staff, got my order out quickly. Food quality was as I expected. It was a nice lunch. I highly recommend stopping here.

They have stopped flipping the blizzards over in front of you some of their fried food is over cooked. Employees act like they don't want to be there

Came up from pleasant plains, ordered a burger no cheese. I got cheese I asked amber to remake it she had the worst attitude and refused she said I got what I ordered, couldn't even get a clean table for my family to sit at

Stopped by on our way to Art Alley but this particular location was not up to the same standards as the ones where we live.
A lady named Amber seemed rude to a young employee and in my opinion if it was my teen she had spoken to like that we would be having words. The food was a bit cooler (fries) and weren't that good. I think i will stop somewhere else on my next trip.
Management or corporate might need to check on this location
We took our order as a go order the floors didn't look very clean to me either.

We stopped in on our way home from Little Rock last week. The place needed some serious cleaning and employees need to be trained on properly waiting on customers. They were just standing around talking instead of waiting on the customers at the register. I used to work at a DQ and our manager would’ve had our butts if we were standing around talking when tables needed wiped down and customers were standing there waiting to be waited on.
Food was absolutely horrible. Wouldn’t feed it to my worse enemy. The service was even worse. The cashier just huffed and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a manager. The atmosphere? Don’t even get me started not even bundles of sage would fix it.

Brian a worker was rude when i sent my cold fries back
No clean tables, staff could use some manners and hygiene training. Food didn't taste fresh nor was it remotely hot. Tried speaking with Amber she has an eye roll problem Brian came out he definitely had attitude just stepping to the counter.

Stopped on our way to Little Rock and the food and inside need some serious attention to cleanliness. And y'all need to provide some clean or new uniforms to your employees, because their current attire is very unprofessional appearing. Stopped in yesterday.

I waited to post to give them time to think about their actions. My son (15) was offered a job by Brian and amber. He was having difficulty getting his ID after hours at the DMV he needed a letter stating he needed it for employment. I went in with him amber was very rude about it, declined to help after a few she slapped down a receipt with a hand written note, I replied thank you im sure this will do fine when we returned amber was again rude to my son and called brian to wich he slid his ID back to him and very rudely stated we are letting you go, your mom shouldn't have to help you. My question BRIAN and AMBER,How will our children learn to be adults without guidance and assistance from parents and responsible adults. I know for a fact other children that work there had alot more assistance from their parents, you could say nepotism but closer to cronyism you pick. Yes I ate there, I had a car load of kids the food was less than mediocre. If this is how you speak to children in front of parents, how do you treat them behind the scenes brian and amber?

n way home we stopped at Dairy Queen Hunter ordered 4 pc chicken strips covered in bbq sauce meal Leece ordered 4 pc plain chicken strips covered meal I ordered 3 pc meal deal meal Food came out Hunters chicken strips had like a strip of sauce - she went to the desk and asked for more bbq sauce - the manager said no that’s all your getting I went to the desk and asked for bbq sauce so we could make the chicken the way it is in the picture (at this point not yelling just asking) She slams the sauce down I take it back to table and fix Hunters strips A guy walks out and tells me not to yell at his staff and to leave I state that I didn’t yell at his staff He said I did and we needed to leave So as we’re leaving I asked for their store number - they said Get out or we’re calling the cops Ok now I’m yelling - STORE NUMBER - STORE NUMBER He says I’m calling the police - we leave I’m not about to explain to a cop that I just wanted bbq sauce
They had the ice cream cake I was needing.
