n way home we stopped at Dairy Queen Hunter ordered 4 pc chicken strips covered in bbq sauce meal Leece ordered 4 pc plain chicken strips covered meal I ordered 3 pc meal deal meal Food came out Hunters chicken strips had like a strip of sauce - she went to the desk and asked for more bbq sauce - the manager said no that’s all your getting I went to the desk and asked for bbq sauce so we could make the chicken the way it is in the picture (at this point not yelling just asking) She slams the sauce down I take it back to table and fix Hunters strips A guy walks out and tells me not to yell at his staff and to leave I state that I didn’t yell at his staff He said I did and we needed to leave So as we’re leaving I asked for their store number - they said Get out or we’re calling the cops Ok now I’m yelling - STORE NUMBER - STORE NUMBER He says I’m calling the police - we leave I’m not about to explain to a cop that I just wanted bbq sauce
They had the ice cream cake I was needing.

Line is always long and slow. If you have the time to wait I'm sure it's the usual goodness that is Dairy Queen, but I'm usually trying to get a quick lunch so haven't eaten lunch there yet. Did manage to go in the middle of the afternoon once and Oreo blizzard was as good as expected.

Every single visit here at this location the customer service is trash during lunch & dinner time. The breakfast team is the complete opposite tho, very helpful and with good service.

Just quit here after working for 4-5 months becuase new management is awful all of us were told by the new General manager that we were not allowed to touch the ice cream machine or clean it without getting a write up in the month or two he’s been working there has only cleaned it once. there has been mold and other issues with the machines and why it takes so long because it has problems due to uncleanliness.
The food was not bad. However, I had a gift card for Dairy Queen and the staff ( what staff there was) did not know how to use it. We had to either pay out of pocket or leave. The staff were working hard but they needed help and obviously need some training. They seemed overwhelmed.
We ate in store, lots of flies.
I like Dairy Queen but this was a disappointing experience, I had planned on using my gift and instead was out nearly 30. It was certainly not worth that for a Thursday burger run.

Customer service is just young kids who don't have any costumer service experience. nor do they offer napkins.who doesn't offer napkins ?!

It literally does not matter what time of day you go through the line, it always takes FOREVER.

Blizzard was amazing,girl at the register, excellent,kid hanging out with his girlfriend,not so good, asked for a to go bag and got a dirty look, sorry to take you away from making out with your girlfriend on the clock

Let me start by saying I understand sometimes the wait is longer than it should be, but when it’s 3X what it should’ve been and everything is cold we need some intervention. This location suffers in moderate customer flow. Bring your patience and a smile you’ll need both.
