Good place to get a pizza 🍕.

I ordered 2 large pizzas while my son was at therapy and I came to get them and there was no workers ANYWHERE. I stood in the store for 10 minutes yelling “hello” and opening the door to make the bell go off and no one ever came. After I grabbed my pizzas I went to leave and both employees (male and female) was sitting outback on their phones! The pizza was alright. A little crispy and not very cheesy on the cheese pizza… Definitely expected better customer service!

Horrible experience. This location will not answer their phone (stayed on the line for 20 minutes to try and get an answer) and the service is horrible. If you're passing through and want fast pizza/pasta, the Pizza Hut is way better.

On 10/07/2025 my girlfriend and I ordered two or three pizzas at 6:40 p.m. Your manager stopped deliveries at 6:15p.m. Just like my previous times of trying to order food with you all no one answered your phone. Your website informed us 9 minutes after we ordered that you canceled our order and would receive our money back in 3 to 5 business days. My girlfriends birthday is on 10/7/25 and you all ruined her dinner.
Then when we went down to your location here in Searcy your manager did not help. In fact he was a slob. He did not have sleves on his shirt. Did not have a company shirt on. No gloves on his hands. He was rude and disrespectful. Did not tell me his name. Byt since he was one of the only two employees you all had working i think you guys can figure out who he is.
I want him to loose his job. Infact I think you should close down. Regroup. Hire some employees. And get back to doing business the right way. As far as im concerned your Dominos is as bad as Little caesars here in Searcy.

I’ve never given a bad review to any business, but this store is horrible! I have placed several orders for delivery and have yet to ever actually receive one. It’s ether canceled or lost!! I recently placed an order for pickup and 30 mins later when I got there it wasn’t ready and I had to wait over an hour. Yesterday, I placed an online order for pickup around 5:45 when I got to the store at 6:30 I was told online orders received between 5:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. wouldn’t be ready until after 8:00. When I asked for a refund I was told (No that it was already funded & that I could come back after 8:00 and wait on my order but that I couldn’t have a refund). This is absolutely unacceptable!!

Ordered 3 pizzas and boneless wings today and it took over an hour before the pizza even went in the oven. They had a sign on the door that said not taking anymore orders so I expected like 2 employees in there but there was 5 employees and it still took this long. Cheese is burnt.

I have attempted to order several times lately and the order goes through, charges me, but the store cancels the order a few minutes later. This has been done repeatedly to me, friends, and family in the area. Takes time for money to go back onto the account and annoying. App tells you to call the store but they NEVER answer. Will just start ordering from Papa John’s instead.

Under cooked my pizza 2 times had to wait an hour then over cooked it! No refund. Tied to contact customer service though phone so many times no one answered and email no response. This is not the first mistake, its just the last straw. Never returning ever!!!!

This place is pathetic. I've called 3 times in the past week trying to order a pizza to be delivered to my work and they cant even answer the phone. Can't order online either because they have delivery turned off.

After 50 minutes they cancelled my order for some mysterious reason and after waiting on hold 30 minutes they never answered my call. Miserable place. Please close your doors.

We got the 6.99 deal... was worth every bite. We tried the three meat (sausage, beef, and pepperoni) with Alfredo sauce. Delicious! Outstanding service as well. The crust was great, not like biting into cardboard like the other affordable pizza place. Dominoes will definitely be our choice from now on when we have to feed 10 of us!
