I’ve ordered extra Cajun mayo on my sub here at least 5 times and I’ve received extra Cajun mayo ZERO times. It’s like they get in trouble for doing what you want.

Amazing food and service but when we went is it was so hot and when we told the worker they told us that they have to be in it and they didn’t complain but they were so nice but they looked to miserable but even though they were in such a bad atmosphere they still worked so hard but in other words great food and service I would go again to if the ac was fixed

Service was phenomenal especially given the terrible working conditions these guys were in. Very hospitable and friendly. Came in here to eat after skating thinking we could sit in a cold building but it is 92 degrees on the thermostat in the dining area. We stuck it out mainly out of compassion for the workers. I can’t begin to imagine how hot it is behind that counter by the grills. This is shameful ownership and does not leave a good reputation for the community. I hate it because the food is good and service is great but I wouldn’t blame someone for not remaining employed where it’s required to work in such extreme heat. I would go as far to say it could pose health code violations because there is literally no way to contain sweating on food.

I ordered the enginer sub (no mayo) and ask the garlic toasted bun. There is an up charge for that. Ok I got it to go. When I opened it no toasted bun no garlic but mayo everywhere. Mayo makes me sick 95% of the time. The sub was good even without the garlic I paid for. I had to go home after eating the mayo.
