The worst experience. A/C is not working. The employees are hot and miserable. They don't want to clean the tables because they don't want to be sweaty. Flies are everywher. Would have been nice to know the A/C wasn't working before we sat down. It's not right and I didn't enjoy my visit at all. Horrible!

Food is usually good. Except for the occasional burnt waffle or pancakes or sometimes cold. But they will and remake. But my thought is if you know it's burnt, over cooked or cold, don't send it out.
I’ve got a syrup addiction, and IHOP is my dealer. However Krystle is the most underrated server in the whole galaxy fabulous

Not great but ok! My pancakes were cold, but the bacon was delicious. I must say I did go back two days later with a group of ten, the food was a whole lot better. It was hot this time. So this is why I upgraded my review.
