If you were looking for a place that specializes in wings but has a 50% chance of getting your order wrong then this is the place for you. I go there still because I love wings and it's the only place in Searcy that does good wings, but it is concerning to me that a place that does just wings can mistaken your bone-in wing order about 50% of the time for a boneless wing order. I'm almost motivated enough to go into the restaurant business myself just so that I can make wings and not get people's order wrong.

Ordered these wings last night through doordash. They got here like this. Dried up and shriveled up. Spent $25 for something I couldn't even eat. If I would have know they were apart of chili's, I wouldn't have ordered it. Waste of money and highly disappointed in your "high quality wings." Will not be ordering from here again.

Was suppose to refund a order due to the chicken being undercooked and bad. Was lied to at least 6 times by “managers” about my refund. Do not eat at this chilis or order from this trash place. They will serve you bad food and the lie lie lie.UPDATE 1: Notice below they blamed Doordash…… we didn’t order through DD….. silly silly response. Wow.UPDATE 2 : They changed their response when I corrected them.UPDATE 3 : still no refund from March….UPDATE 4 : Now they are requesting I go out of my way again…. And message them through some generic form.

Got there at 9:30 and waited in the pick up spot after checking in. Waited 15 minutes for them to bring me my food out. As I’m sitting there. I can see to go food just sitting in the to go area with no employee to be found so i went in to get it, and my drink didn’t even have a lid. Waited for 5 more minutes to see if someone would come out of the back to help me get a lid but no one ever did. Get home and my order was partially wrong and the wings were so over cooked they were like jerky.would give a one star but I called back and the manager was very nice and immediately refunded my order no questions asked and was very apologetic.

It’s okay! I ordered 16 bone in wing combo I choose the apple bbq and the honey chipotle flavors the wings were decent size and the flavors were good just a few wings were really dry and had a frozen flavor. The curly fries that came with is straight trash not hot or crispy . The ranch dipping sauce was very good though and I also got a few pies the apple cinnamon was really good has kinda a sugar cookie taste the chocolate pie was just ok I may try again sometime .
Ordered 22 wings 11 apple BBQ & 11 Garlic Parmesan with curly fries. Curly fries were soggy as all get out and the wings had a weird nasty distinct after taste.none of the wings were fresh & I picked up my wings at the exact time they were suposably ready. I will not be ordering wings from here again.

Just ordered the 22 boneless wings with lemon pepper dry rub and southwest Cajun!! Quality was horrible pretty much got naked boneless wings only few had any season at all!! I’d say order your wings else where and not here! I called and told them all I got was I’m sorry and I’ll talk to the cooks

Fries were stale and overcooked. One of the set of wings were poorly seasoned. They didn't give my order to the Door dasher and they didn't send the dasher back to get my food. Instead gave me a refund I didn't ask for.Horrid
