The window service when I dropped by for lunch was excellent, but my Cuban was served to me ice cold instead of pressed and heated like a real Cuban ought to be. I'll give them another shot someday but for now they get just three stars instead of the four or five I might have given. Kudos to the young man who waited on me. He was cordial and efficient.
I've ordered several times and it's been great other than an occasional wait time of 15 mins or so...until today. The order came quick today. I was unable to eat it for about an hour or so but when I finally got to it, the top fourth of one side of my bread (I ordered wheat) was missing. It looked as though someone had taken a bite of the bread. I called to speak with someone and was told that the piece missing had fallen off when wrapping the sandwich. Working at sandwich...
Confusing menu. They offer combos, but the combos are not on the menu. So...when they ask you if you want a combo, you're not sure what comes on it. When the food is done, they don't call your name. Instead, they yell out..."I got a number 11, a number six, and a number 4." Guess what? I don't have your menu memorized. LOL. Just call my dang name, please. The sandwiches are really delicious. And the place is really new, so I'm sure they'll get...
