I dine in all the time store has got better than it used to be. Nicer staff and better quality food. Waited 8 minutes for my food parking in the parking lot this time would recommend more staff but over all a good experience

The food was old had been setting under heat lamps too long. Taste like the oil it was cooked in was old and dirty. They forgot out biscuits. I will not be back

Food was amazing. The guy taking the order would not speak up or repeat himself. I honestly didn't know what I had ordered. They acted like they didnt care. I got home without items I wanted. Super expensive. Will not go back.

They did not place all my food on my order. I called and was told the manager was the only one working so I needed to drive the 20 minutes back up there to retrieve it. I told her unfortunately as the customer it is not my fault she's the only scheduled. I stated I felt sorry for her. She hung up on me and would not answer when I called back.
Ordered delivery via the app. $62. Dasher was super sweet but our food was vile. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me two tiny tenders on a rock solid bun with globs of mayo. Didn’t get my drink or my 4 biscuits. Had to throw away the chicken sandwich. They also gave me 4 “nuggets” that were just fried batter with 2 stringy, dry, room temperature tenders that i didn’t order. The only good thing about my meal was the bucket of chicken, mac and cheese and corn. Everything else was inedible. Never ordering here again.

We decided not to go in to eat, but to go through the drive thru instead.This decision was based on the overall outside look of the facility, leading us to think that if the workers did not take pride enough in their job to wipe down the glass double doors that were so badly covered in smears of dirtiness, the dirtiest I've seen anywhere, then most likely they do not take the time to keep the buffet food area wiped down, therefore we figured we'd order some food to bring home.The problem is, that I'm not so sure that the food we received didn't come off of their buffet, because the biscuits were so crumbly hard, tht even though I tried a little bit of it pinched up into my mashed potatoes & gravy, it just wasn't worth eating. Out of the 4 biscuits we got i ate 1/4th of 1.The potatoes & green beans were just ok. I pulled out a couple of drk wilted looking green beans.What I went for, tht I'd been wanting for 3 days, fried chicken, disappointed me.It wasn't fresh. The extra crispy crust was not light colored but a drk color & the meat slighty tough, for sure no where close to tender.I haven't been to KFC in Searcy in a long while, but i have visited the 1 in Mt View when visiting family & it was very good fresh food. Searcy KFC has alot of wrk to do.They used to have good food.They had 1 eat in customer that we seen through the window & no one in the drive through. It was a Monday early evening & not busy. 2 employees were standing out front smoking, but they apparently don't have time to keep the place clean & fresh cooked food.Those biscuits were seriously old & dried out.I have no plans to return. Walmart serves better chicken than that.I dnt like the seasoning that Popeyes Chicken uses, nor do I care for their sides.Our little town we live in, close to Searcy, had a place that served all kinds of food, including fried chicken, but it burnt down a fw months ago, so Walmart chicken it will be from now on when I get a craving for fried chicken.
