U have 2 ppl working lunch. That's ridiculous for them to run everything. I pulled up n waited 10 min for speaker.. nothing so I spoke to the speaker.. nothing.. I pull to window n they r moving as slow as possible. I dont blame them. They deserve better. The cook takes my order n says head sets on the cashiers head.. ok well batteries dead or his mouth dont work bc NOTHING! I said id drive back through if he wanted .. so he took my order on the spot. So sad.. treat ur workers better ur service may be better

Just dont. Way over priced and you'll be let down by how much KFC has gone down hill, and this one was the worst ive even been in. Go to Popeye's, Raising Cane's, or any gas station for better Chicken - and this is coming from someone who loves the Original Recipe.

Ordered a strips and nuggets family meal in the app. App told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes. It took 30. Got the food, got to the house, realized they'd only filled half the order, no nuggets anywhere in sight. Literally paid 30 bucks and got the same amount of food I should've gotten for a 15 dollar combo meal. To add insult to injury I requested two different kinds of dipping sauces and the bag was chock full of every dip and sauce they offer - except for the two I requested. And because all app orders are handled separately and they will not refund items from app orders, there was absolutely no chance of this particular issue being fixed quickly, conveniently, or even just by an actual human being I could speak to face to face. The half of my meal that I was actually fortunate enough to recieve was mediocre even for sold-by-the-bucket fast food chicken. Complete waste of my time and money.

You should bring the buffet back. There is people that travel just to go to the ones that still do a buffet. This location still has the buffet tables and equipment. Seems like this location purposely dislikes money.
