Before today, I haven't been to the store front but have eaten Knightfire when they were a foodtruck. I was trying to look over the several menus on the wall and after the woman point each one's subject out she seemed hurried even though I was rhe only customer.I ordered the chopped brisket sandwich $9.50 regular size. I asked if anything came with the sandwich and she said no but I could get a drink and a size for $5 more. My entire order turned out to be a sandwich, baked beans & a 12oz can of Dr. Pepper. ($14.12)My 1st bite of the sandwich was fat, the 2nd bite was also fat, so I open the sandwich and began eating it with a fork. The baked beans were not done, the fork did not want to pierce the bean. Kinda like peanuts in my mouth.I was disappointed, no doubt. I wanted to clean the front door and area around it. Parking is basically non-existent. One would literally need to back up into Main St. to leave. Very busy roadway.Sorry, but this was what I experienced on my visit

Great little hole in the wall bbq joint. The service is great, and fast. Employees are very pleasant. And the food is GREAT. Can’t go wrong with the bbq pork nachos. Prices are very reasonable as well.

The smoked chicken was so salty, we could even finish one piece of it. The turkey wrap had good flavor but needed more sauce. This was a very expensive meal for two. Also bummed to see after driving all the way to Searcy that this isn’t a dine in restaurant. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed it would be? Nothing really positive to say other than the elote was good..

People that know me know that I cook a lot of smoked meat. Searcy is so fortunate to have knightfire bbq. Pork Candy is over the top. I have eaten there 4 times in 8 days. I ate something different every day and it is hard to pick the best.Had the brisket burnt ends today and they actually melt in your mouth. I don’t know how they pull that off. I tip my hat to these guys. The sausage links are incredibly huge and delicious. I had the ribs yesterday and they are competition good. I can’t wait to try other options that all look so great.

The pulled pork is delicious and the brisket also but there was so much fat on the brisket there was barely any meat. Aside from that the food is delicious.
I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the opportunity.It was definitely worth the wait. The best BBQ in town - hands down! Will be eating there again.
Really great food and flavours but my only concern is I bought the godfather and the burger seemed barely cooked? I’m all for a medium done burger but it didn’t seem cooked at all or maybe I'm missing something ? overalls I would defo order again (maybe not the burger though..) the bbq was amazing, flavourful, tender and not over smoked. The Mac and cheese bite’s were delicious as well ??

I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with slaw and fries a simple order. Fries was salty, pork fatty bread was soggy , hardly any bbq sauce. And there was no slaw with my order...this was my first time going and it's my last.
