I hadn't had Little Caesars in years before we went the other day, and have a nostalgic weakness for the brand and food. So this review is probably a bit bias, but I loved it.

This is the third time that I have tried to get crazy bread from here. They never have any and they never offer to cook any. Always in the past, they have offered to make some and for me to come back but recently the service has went down fast. My daughter is always requesting their crazy bread but I haven't been able to get it. The lady who has been there the last three times was very rude and unprofessional.

Terrible service! the girl working today at 2:00 on November 23 said they were out of crazy bread but instead of making more like she’s supposed to when there’s not any, she acted like she didn’t know what to do. People don’t wanna work and do their job anymore.

It took 43 minutes for my order for a Hot and Ready Cheese Pizza to be delivered after I ordered it at 3:49 pm. I was told it would be 10 minutes because they were out of cheese pizzas. I said that was fine, paid for the pizza, gave them my name, and then waited. I watched two other customers order at the register and get their pizzas before me. I saw two customers just leave because the service was SO slow. I watch a customer who ordered on line standing at the counter when his pizzas came out from the back. Instead of just handing the pizzas to him, they put the pizzas in the portal and made the upset customer go through that process. Also don't bother trying to call in your order. Not one phone call was answered while I was waiting. When I asked the woman at the register about my pizza, she said they were in the process of making it. I told her I watched every pizza they made for the last half and none were a Hot and Ready Cheese Pizza. I asked to speak to the manager. 10 minutes later at 4:22 pm, the manager handed me the pizza with a big dose of attitude on the side.
This is twice in a row that Little Caesar's has apparently forgotten to how to make cheese pizzas or maybe how to tell time. After waiting for about 45 minutes 3 weeks ago, a frustrated Samantha at the counter asked what I was waiting for. I told her a cheese pizza. She actually walked back to the preparers and told them to make a pizza. Then she came back and apologized for the delay. I asked what happened to the old manager who I was used to seeing. She said he quit and a lot of the crew he trained quit also. I thought the new crew might have had a chance to improve. Only worse. Didn't see Samantha on the second visit.

How does a pizza place run out of pizza??? Went there yesterday and no pizza? It wasn't closing time at 7:55 om and the little girl at counter said they had been out since 4. Really? Do better people!

Waited at Searcy Ar location for 1 hour and a half. Nephew ordered 2 pizzas. Only one was ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes for second pizza. Biggest bunch of bullshit. I want my gas compensated for sitting so damn long. Whoever is in charge of the Searcy LC needs to be fired. Every time you go in they lie over and over telling you 10 to 15 minutes. Worthless service for cardboard pizza. Freaking joke.
