I called it in the girl answered and got it when we got there they didn't have it then the manager came over there and I replaced my order came back he said he didn't place it since we walked out we walked out because we were waiting on our food fricken idiot!!!!

My son ordered a pizza via telephone, when he got there they didn't have his order, he told them what he wanted they gave him the price and how long it would take and he waited 20 minutes outside. Went back in and they still did not make his pizza again. What a bunch of morons. It is pitiful the poor customer service you get anymore!!!!!

Pizza is great! In store service is not! Three employees and I am only one walk in to pick up order. Completely ignored by everyone except guy already on the phone. The other two proceeded to engage in a story that included very offensive language. Finally helped once other guy got off the phone.

First we have been a long time customer of Marcos. Today on 2/28/24 around 6pm we ordered 2 pizzas in person. When we got home and opened them, one looked like it was dropped or something else happened that caused the toppings to be moved to one side of the pizza and the other pizza was very underdone. We go to Marlo’s because we think it is the best pizza in town and for the veteran discount. This time we were very disappointed.I appreciate your response however we have no social media footprint to contact you.

I go here at least once every 2 weeks. For the most part I've had a good experience. There was only one time my pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. If you get a Works pizza, get it on thin crust or you might get a mouth full of dough. Other than that 1 bad experience I recommended Marcos and will continue to be a customer.

Place was empty and definitely shouldn't be! The pizza was amazing and super fresh. Perfectly crispy crust and oh so gooey cheese. We ordered a large pepperoni, bbq chicken, and a order of cheese sticks for $50. All of our items were 100% delicious. I ordered the new hot honey pepperoni on my lunch break. It was absolutely amazing. My food was ready and hot when I got to the store, the restaurant was clean and it was quiet so I had a nice relaxing lunch break. The fruit punch tasted a little watery but it wasn’t just totally awful.

I ordered tonight and waited and waited. Finally, I called Marco's to inquire about the status of my order. The woman who answered was rude right out of the gate. She said the driver called me and I didn't answer. She said the driver knocked on my door and I didn't answer. She hung up on me several times. I will admit I was mad at the point where I was going to the other building on my street to see if the delivery went there by mistake so I'm sure I wasn't being courteous in tone. I found out the driver had gone to the wrong building. He had called my phone but my spam protection sent it to voicemail. I called him and asked if he'd bring my order and I'd tip him $10. Mistakes happen. The woman at Marco's that claims to be a manager, won't let him deliver my order. She screwed the driver out of a $10 tip. Let me be clear, I am not upset with the driver. He should not be reprimanded, full stop. But the woman who answered the phone needs to be. She also needs to learn how to talk to special needs people. Full stop. My son and I are are waking to Brick oven pizza now. ??

We stopped eating here about 5 years ago because they could never get the order correct. My husband decided to try them again last night. Again the order was INCORRECT! When I spend right at $50 for PIZZA AND WINGS you'd think they'd at least get the flavor I ordered ON THE WINGS, NOPE THEY WERE NAKED. I COULD HAVE MADE THEM AT HOME THAT WAY! Next time I'll go to Pizza Hut or Brick Oven.
