Searcy McAlister's Deli: Customer Service is shameful. When an error is made at the fault of the employee, we were confronted as if we were the ones at fault AND we had to pay for the mistake. I refuse to be treated like this. An apology was said and employee admitted fault but not until we were embarrassed infront of the whole eatery over $2.00. Lesson learned, won't repeat for a very long time.
My Mom and I always share a McAlister Club then have mac& cheese and share a tea.
Great place to eat and friendly atmosphere!! First time visitors and highly recommended!!! Mom and I will definitely be going back!
