Don't use curbside, you're going to have to go in and stare down an employee to acknowledge you. And then point out your order to them that you've been looking at behind the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Food's good though.

Hope you have time and patience. Took almost 30 minutes to get a reuben and mac & cheese. Wasn't a lack of workforce, however it appeared as if all 8 people on shift were on lithium. Somebody should probably check for a gas leak at a minimum.

The lady that took our order was rude for no reason and acted like we were taking her away from something by being there. She was still talking to friends behind the counter about their personal things. Very unprofessional and the food was just ok.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad but I can't seem to find any chicken!! This isn't the first time I've had problems at McAlister's but I thought why not give them another chance and here we go again. As I said no chicken in my salad, no pickles with the sandwiches we ordered. I called to let them know and sure they offered a "free meal" next time I come in, no apology or that. I don't care if I get a "free meal" I mean really I am already not satisfied more then once with the quality of the food. Fix the problem, train your employees and management...

I went in and there were 3 others ahead of me in line. 15 minutes later, only one person had ordered. 5 minutes after that, the next person was still at the register. I walked out. I don't mind waiting for food after I've ordered, but it shouldn't take that long to get to the register at any point; especially for the prices they expect me to pay

I have been visiting this location over a span of four years. Everyone here is friendly and very prompt to clean tables off and send out orders. The tables and even the outdoor area is always kept clean. Food is fantastic as well.

This sandwhich shop tries to be higher class than other sandwhich places. That's the business model. I typically don't go here because I feel like it's time for high tea and they serve their sandwiches on regular, square bread. I like hoagie rolls. Nonetheless, the food is good and my girls wanted to go.
