Do NOT go here during late hours and if you do expect over 45 minute wait time AND FOR YOUR FOOD TO STILL COME OUT COLD. Workers are rude on the intercom and rude at the window. The only good thing about this place is that their soda is at least carbonated unlike the one on Race ST. Will NOT BE COMING BACK.

Waited in line for 45 minutes after I ordered online and the inside door was locked. Food subpar at best! This is definitely THE WORST Macdonald in the state! I will never recommend anyone to this place. Didn’t even deserve 1 star. I wish they would close down and get demolished for another fast food restaurant to take its place. I’ve even worked at a macdonalds and it was quite enjoyable! Shout out Race Street! Beebe Capps Macdonalds leave!

They’ve messed up multiple orders by either forgetting sides or putting the wrong sandwiches in the bag. Every single time I come up here, without fail, I have to stand at the counter waiting for someone to help me while I’m literally making eye contact with employees that are doing nothing. Today I had to wait on them to finish their gossiping before I was helped. 🙃

Restaurant is not very clean and drive thru is very slow they make each car wait 5 minutes to order. When asked why they do this she explained that they only have 1 cook and they try not to overwhelm him.😩

I hardly leave reviews unless necessary. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location unless you truly want to. Staff is disrespectful, poor communication with customers and staff, and unwilling to take orders/pickup. Highly recommend having service anywhere else.

gave me the wrong order in drive through. Went inside waited 15mins for someone to come up front. Showed them what I was supposed to have & they still gave me the wrong order after that. Wasn’t wasting more time again trying to get it correct. Awful service.
Night shift is inconsiderate, I sat in line for a hr finally get to the ordering box wait another 30 mins to be told they are only making door dashes and online orders. Mind you I already asked 3 times if they were even open . Lack of intelligence fast food isn’t rocket science and neither is common decency. Worst experience with any McDonald’s I’ve ever visited

It has gotten better, morning is decent and friendly. At night if you go into the lobby be prepared to wait 30 mins to hour! They don't care about anything but the drive thru time! So go thru the drive thru unless you want to wait.
