If I could I would have given 0 stars I think it's honestly messed up when they have 4 cars in drive thru and nobody inside ordering and 3 cars just leave after sitting there for 20 minutes I waited in line for about 45 minutes and went to the window to get some help no response so I honked my horn to see if I could get some help and the lady just stared at me not saying anything when I tried calling they just hung up on me I would never go back to this mcdonalds ever again

If i could rate it less than 1 star I would. Zero communication skills. Poor customer service even from the manager. I had a mobile order at 915. They Put ONE nugget on a 4 piece box just playing around at 10pm. Squished all our burgers. Sat for over an hour. Had a girl tell me she was getting the manager, screaming profanities but never did get the manager. She went out to smoke and never came back. Worst experience everrrr

So I went thru the drive thru today and got some chicken nuggets for my kids, my wife grabbed one out of the box and went to eat it and a bone pierced threw the top of her mouth. So we went back to talk to the manager about it and the manager threatened to call the cops, because my wife was recording it just in case. No faces just voices. The manager could care less that bone could have choked my kid or the fact that my wife's mouth was bleeding. Will post pictures shortly. But for anyone out there don't take your family here for their safety

Everything was dirty, the tables were filled with salt, grease, and trash. The bathrooms smelled like poop, the toilet was dirty, and there was no air conditioning in there. Me and my son’s fries were cold, and the drink fountains were terrible! Also customer service was horrible. They were rude and had an attitude. And when we doordashed our food, half of our stuff was gone and replaced with stuff we didn’t order. Do better.

Doesn't give you the whole order. And mcdonalds makes it almost impossible to complain about the stores and orders. Im considering never going back considering their food sucks for the price these days.

Wow. Mobile order. Sat out in the parking lot for a long time. Finally walked in, and was hit with the terrible smell. No one would even speak to us for a very long time. Then, when they finally brought me the order out, I had to go fix my own drinks!
