Was inside waiting on my order and a doordasher came in to pick up his delivery up. The manager was unprofessional and blew up at the DoorDash worker. Put hands on 2 people and continued to run out after them after they left. They brought order out and I feel bad for those people. The situation was all because of the manager being unprofessional. I have never seen something get that out of control based on the employees of the restaurant acting out of control.

I ordered and paid for a large meat lovers pizza and got a medium. I ordered and paid for a Tuscan 6 cheese with garlic parmesan crust and got plain crust. I called to tell the store what happened and the only choice they gave me to fix the problem was to bring the pizzas back and they would make them right. They wouldn't just let us keep the pizza and give us the amount we were over charged. I'm usually very happy with the service I receive at the Searcy Papa John's but not this time. They made the mistake and should have corrected it by giving us the difference in the price of a medium and large pizza and a refund for the extra charge for the garlic parmesan crust.

The folks were really nice and courteous but I went in for wings. Ive been told the pizza is great. The wings were good but seriously smaller than most other places Ive tried and I buy for a group so I need bigger wings.

Worst pizza that Ive had in a long time. I'm writing Papa John's pizza off. There is more toppings on one slice of Hunts Brothers pizza than there is on a large Papa John's pizza.

Store general manger Daniel skinner was so rude about “not having my order in their system” after it was paid for which I had proof of and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. My order was 2 medium pizzas. Not like it was a 60 dollar order but even if it was! I had proof of payment! He told me to call customer support. So I did because I explained to him I had been waiting well over an hour and had hungry kids that needed to go to bed and wanted their pizza! I literally live a few blocks away and it was a Thursday that’s why I even got concerned! Anyway there are several open complaints on this general manager and the support line told me he could have absolutely helped me but didn’t. They need a new GM there because I love papa John’s pizza when it’s right! Also let me add in he hung up in face!! Completely unprofessional!!!

Workers all huddled chit chatting, no work! Paid for sauces (several times this has happened!! SEVERAL!!) “it’s in the box” no it’s not. Find out when we get home. Lazy grown ass people can’t get a real job and still can’t even work a pizza shop right. Figure it people. It’s pizza it’s not that difficult but to you it must be rocket science.
Cold food. Took 1 hour and 50 minutes to arrive. When I called to ask about why it took so long and why it was cold, no solution to the problem was offered at all.

This place is a mixed bag, but when they mess up, they do it all the way. A pizza shouldn't take two hours to be delivered. It also shouldn't be stone cold. The store especially shouldn't be unreachable by phone. I tried calling twice to cancel my order, and the store was stated to be "closed."

I recently bought 2 chicken Alfredo pizzas. One came with only toppings on one side because the delivery driver screwed it up. Then I went today to complain about it and order another one. They acted like they didn’t care about the first pizza. The one I got today had pizza sauce instead of Alfredo sauce. I called them and once again, I’m not important so nothing is happening. I’m out $50 and they act like they don’t give a crap. Don’t order from them and make them suffer
