This place is a mixed bag, but when they mess up, they do it all the way. A pizza shouldn't take two hours to be delivered. It also shouldn't be stone cold. The store especially shouldn't be unreachable by phone. I tried calling twice to cancel my order, and the store was stated to be "closed."

I recently bought 2 chicken Alfredo pizzas. One came with only toppings on one side because the delivery driver screwed it up. Then I went today to complain about it and order another one. They acted like they didn’t care about the first pizza. The one I got today had pizza sauce instead of Alfredo sauce. I called them and once again, I’m not important so nothing is happening. I’m out $50 and they act like they don’t give a crap. Don’t order from them and make them suffer

We have used papa johns for a long time. Have had even a recent delivery, today after waiting 40 mins we get a canceled order. We live only a few miles away, the man proceeds to tell me it shows we are too far away. He had zero care, we will no longer be using Papa johns in Searcy_AR.....

I called and I asked do they deliver to me and he said yes and he told me to continue with my info and I called to check on my order and it said pick up I ordered it to deliver and I payed with card and I called 30 times I've called customer service and everything they called them no pick up at all and they won't even pick up not once and now I'm bout to go up there this is ridiculous really this store is not good I'm going to contact your corporate tomorrow morning

I got the BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza, cause it sounded and looked (from website pictures) similar to a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, but boy was that a mistake. Should be renamed the Onion BBQ pizza. Covered in onions and barely any meat. Otherwise, great store, great staff

Yes last week on Saturday night at May 11 about 11 pm ,we order a pizza for my family at papa John’s pizza in Searcy,Ar on Main Street,I have ask if they deliver to my address and they said yes they do; when they ask me for my information I paid with my debit card and they ask for my name, and said it will be 40 minutes and hang up the phone.We waited until 1 am and no pizza was deliver ,when I call the pizza number back there was close, the next day on Sunday may the 12 , I call and ask for the manager and I ask for his name and didn’t give it to me and ask me what do you need ,, I try to explain what happen Saturday night and he left me talking to my self and the manager hang up the phone.I try to call back several times and no answerToday may 17 about 8 pm I stop by the papa John’s pizza and ask for the manager and he said what you need…I told him that I have. A complain about what happen last week and wanted the owners name or phone number I need it to talk to him, the manager stated to file a complaint and a very rude way but didn’t give me any information To who I need it to complain: the manager I ask for his name 5 times and refusing to give me his name and he said to leave the premises and have a good day.I believe when I gave my name to the order and my last name , wish I am Hispanic they cancel my order and the pizza was never deliver, I believe I was discriminated by papa John’s employees and I will be talking to the BBB Monday about this matter.
