Terrible customer service they have you waiting too long they don't even acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter I saw 7 people before I ended up asking someone to help check for the order then she looks at me surprised like she never knew I was there there's too many people standing around talking to one another they had one couple walk out another customer behind me was waiting for ever too for their order it's just not professional or welcoming they were more concerned about their tips counting cash instead of assisting customers I will never return to this location smh I was told I'd have my order brought ouy but instead It was sitting on the hot line as if they forgot i even just paid and waited longer than the estimated time given such an awful way to treat customers not ONE out of the 10 plus people even said HELLO!!!

Four out of five times that I order from Pizza Hut, they get the order wrong. I always have delivery and have tried ordering online and it is wrong when arrive, I have called and the order is wrong, I have ordered at the counter when they opened to the public and the order is wrong. I am not sure what the problem is, I always call and let them know and they are nice and apologize but it is still the same thing most of the time. I ordered online Saturday, and the pizza arrived wrong..the receipt was correct, so I know it was ordered right but the pizza that arrived was not what I ordered. I must admit, I have been using the other pizza places in town because of this. Just thought I would try again. Not surprised it was incorrect when arrived.

Order was ready on time, actually a few minutes early. Pizzas were hot and fresh. Good amount of toppings, perfect crusts. We had the Thin & Crispy Super Supreme and a Hand Tossed Pepperoni. Delicious! Our order was a Pick Up, so can only comment on counter service which was friendly and smiling.
