It's really hit and miss. Some employees are very helpful and some are not too happy to have a job. Other issues I have with Popeyes in general, they are way overpriced. Most of the time the food is pretty good.

My wife and have lunch occasionally at Popeyes in Searcy but after today I don't think we will be doing lunch there anymore. Our bill was $24.53, for both of us, ok ... My problem today was when I went back to the counter and asked if I could get another BQ sauce for my chicken strips they said that I would have to pay for it? They only gave me one with my meal ... I didn't realize going back and asking for another one was that big of a deal but apparently it's against their policy to give mor than one per customer. If paying over $24.00 at a fast food place and not being able to get an extra sauce, it's not a place I can recommend.

It was my first time ever going to a Popeyes location in my entire life. And it was worth EVERY penny. I got the flounder sandwich with the Cajun fries and it was SO good! The fish was actually very tasty and youc musk tell it was fresh or at least frozen the second it was.....turned into meat, anyway. Lol. But flash frozen meats and veggies are the best honestly. Peak freshness. The batter was crispy and tasty but not too greasy. It was just right. And My husband got the tackle box and those breaded and fried shrimp were delicious. I would not have been able to tell if you blindfolded me that these shrimp came from a fast food place, could have been anywhere. Wow. The fried pickles were good too and I was surprised by how nice their in house brand of ranch was. It was a great dipping sauce for the pickles. All in all it was a 5 out of 5 stars for us. And we both got combo meals, plus the fried pickles, and yet the price was only 24 bucks without any discounts or coupons! So this was definitely worth it and fairly priced, too. For it being real and good quality flouder and shrimp, especially. Wow! Thanks, Popeyes. We'll be back again soon.

Ordered food total came to $23.81 change back was $14. 19.
Only got back $14.10. Should of been rounded to $14.20.this store in searcy ark ripping people off.

Always great food, unfortunately I almost never get the biscuits that come with my meal. Only two out of the past five visits did I get my biscuits. It's not coincidence that on those two occasions I checked everything before I left. I'm getting awful tired of paying for items that I do not recieve and having to check every order for accuracy. That's supposed to be the employees job, checking for accuracy. Very nice staff, clean store, complete failure at getting my entire order right. Check your bags and boxes.

I wish I could give this review no stars but you have to give it something to complete the review but anyway I would like to start by saying this location has been disappointing time after time. I have tried my best to hang in there and continue to be a loyal customer but they keep missing the mark every time. I love Popeyes and have for years but Searcy Popeyes should be dismantled. I ordered a family meal and the chicken was fried in old oil and I could tell because you could see the darkness in the batter and the taste was disgusting. It was so hard you could have broken a tooth. Needless to say I have officially given up my family and I will no longer eat at this location ever again and I will definitely advise my place of employment not to use them for our team meals and all of my associates and friends as well. So long Popeyes you are officially off of my list of places to patronize going forward.

FOOD UNDERCOOKED!!!! THE PLACE IS SUPER NASTY. BATHROOMS ARE GROSS BUT THE BATHROOMS ARE CLEANER THAN THE KITCHEN.
I ORDERED AND STARTED TO LOOK AROUND. I THREW MY FOOD OUTSIDE BY THE DOOR. YES THAT WAS ME.

Ive never had stale chicken before but after eating here I can now say I have. Also the red beans and rice my son and I got were bad. The rice was dry and the beans were hard and it had a very sour taste to it. Id avoid this place for sure.

You can really tell good management and great employee cooperation. When you go into a place like this and get perfect food. Thank you, great job.
