Went here as a newcomer to Searcy, we just moved here. We love our shipleys back home so I thought I would try it this morning. The place is dilapidated, old, and dingy. The service was nice but they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they gave me sausage egg and cheese. I also ordered a dozen assorted donuts and they appear to be yesterday’s donuts. Will not be going back here, ever.

Donuts awesome, but their biscuits and gravy was horrible not sure if they used bad milk or spilt some rat poison in it but something was horrible wrong with it . But the donuts and donut holes are awesome, very good. Makes it hard to rate because donuts are always great but that biscuits and gravy I got this morning was horribly bad. But ya go there for donuts so I went with 4 stars cause the donuts are so good.
I was skeptical because I have never been a fan of Shipley's ( not the Searcy location). My daughter and I dropped in for donuts and Wow! They were amazing! They were not doughy as this was my past experience. I cannot wait to go back real soon. The customer service was great as well. Very friendly and conversational.

Please work on customer service! Got told twice in one week I could not have the donut holes I paid for ahead of time in the mobile app. I could see that if I had showed up right at closing time which I did not or if some of the ingredients were unavailable which I was told wasn't the case.The staff didn't want to make my order so they just pushed different doughnuts off on me both times. Since they didn't want to refund me my money either I felt I had no choice but to take what they wanted to give me or I would have been wasting my money. Why stay open half the day only to refuse to make the customers order?

I actually look forward to getting fresh donuts when going to Shipley. This time didn't happen. Donuts did not taste fresh at all and were cold. I understand that this is a small town but they are in deep need of renovation at this loction.
