I was skeptical because I have never been a fan of Shipley's ( not the Searcy location). My daughter and I dropped in for donuts and Wow! They were amazing! They were not doughy as this was my past experience. I cannot wait to go back real soon. The customer service was great as well. Very friendly and conversational.

Please work on customer service! Got told twice in one week I could not have the donut holes I paid for ahead of time in the mobile app. I could see that if I had showed up right at closing time which I did not or if some of the ingredients were unavailable which I was told wasn't the case.The staff didn't want to make my order so they just pushed different doughnuts off on me both times. Since they didn't want to refund me my money either I felt I had no choice but to take what they wanted to give me or I would have been wasting my money. Why stay open half the day only to refuse to make the customers order?

Love the food and service. It's pretty much just a drive-up place, so it's not a grand restaurant, but it serves its purpose and is clean.
Great donut shop a little quiet but I guess you kind of want that sometimes in a donut shop food is pretty well on point only had one bad order it was messed up but other than that always been good!

I give up. I've been through here many times and I have never got a warm product. As a matter of fact I would just about guarantee that the stuff that I have received from this business has been day old product not warm. Not soft. That's what people want from a donut shop hot fresh donuts unfortunately I give up. It seems like it's hard to find good donuts in Searcy anymore The ones at Walmart. Believe it or not seem fresher are much softer and are much cheaper. I wish this donut shop was good. Nothing like a good donut shop..People want fresh not day old stock

Not sure how a dozen donuts (half glazed, half chocolate covered) cost me $15 but it did. Got home and the chocolate had ran off the donuts into the bottom of the box. I was very disappointed to say the least. The man was more interested in the drive thru then waiting on me at the counter and which I think is how I ended up paying so much for the donuts. ?
Parking: Limited parking in the front and was blocked by the car in the drive thru.
