Their chicken strips are better than Chick-fil-A's and I love the wide assortment delicious choices of sauces. I like to dip into the Korean barbecue sauce and then blue cheese, such a tasty treat!

It was our first visit to a Slim Chickens restaurant. We were greeted and welcomed by Taylor as we walked in. She was very helpful with recommendations and very friendly. We enjoyed the club sandwich, chicken wings, and okra a lot. The fried pickles were a tad salty, but that is usually the case. They have a good drink selection. The dining room was very clean. We had a great first impression.

I was very impressed 1st time here as we are out of state, and I enjoyed the food hot and fresh. My wife loves the ranch. 10/10, thank you for the experience 😋 if you like canes very comparable.

Unfortunately, my food was not fresh, nor was it hot. I asked for no ranch or mayo. I received both. Asked for cheese. Didn't get it. Fries were the best part, and that's just sad. I'd eat elsewhere, no matter how much you think you like chicken..
Food is pretty good but that drive thru line is the slowest I've ever seen. So if there are a couple cars ahead plan to wait 20-30 minutes

We loved Slim's until our last visit. My wife picked up our curbside order and when she got home I noticed they forgot the wings. I called and told them they forgot them. They were apologizing and offered to make it right since I had to drive back into town to get the rest of the order. My wife went back to pick up again and they gave her what I believe to be a mix of 8 randomly seasoned cold tough wings and 2 fresh wings with no seasoning. Also they said they could give us a gift card on the phone since we have to drive back out. It shouldn't come as a surprise that they didn't give us a gift card either. I didn't care about the gift card but at least make the effort to get us the correct order on the second try, since we wasted time and gas driving to pick it up. I will not be giving them any more business. I'd advise you to keep driving until they do better.

When dealing with customer service ? we. Have our own point of view but this restaurant got my #1 experience in customer service cleaning and respectful employee's in a restaurant setting ? I rate them as my number place to go to I drive from Memphis,TN 5 days a week and I make share I stop here no matter what price of food is great and the food is fresh at all times
