The ketchup pack's had something very sticky all over them. When lady handed it to me it was stuck to her hand. Very disappointing because this is a clean place. I eat there every day.

My family and I went here, I wasn't impressed at all with the quality of the food. It's pretty bad when my kids are saying "this sucks". The tots were not fresh, the burgers had hardly anything on them. Hardly any lettuce, hardly anything... The drinks were more Ice than anything.. Back in my day when I worked at Sonic I'd get fired for putting food of this quality out the door. Here's the thing. I spent 50 bucks here... And I expect to get what I'm paying for. Not some crap you'd give to a dog.. I think the cooks in there need to learn how to take their time even in a rush... Not 1/2 ass everything, or 1/2 ass cause they are mad. Everything is supposed to be made fresh! And how it's ordered. That's what makes sonic, SONIC GOOD..! I do not appreciate how crappy it was. Burgers weren't even seasoned..

Ordered sweet tea online. Supposed to be ready at 1204pm. Finally got at 1221pm. Could see alot of workers standing around but not bringing my tea. 16 minutes for a tea.

Me and my boyfriend got sonic tonight from here and it was awful. I don’t know if they had new fries or if they ran out, but they were horrible. They were crinkle fries and they had so much oil that it was leaking throughout the bag. My burger tasted horrible too. I get sonic probably once every two weeks and it has never been this bad.
