Staff never keeps anything stocked, i leave empty handed way more often than not

I’m gonna be real, everyone has low expectations for a subway franchise, but no matter how many times I try, this subway never fails to be understaffed and understocked. This is the 4th time they have been lacking common sandwich ingredients. Clear management failure.

This location has definitely went downhill recently. Slow service with no regard for orderly conduct. Wouldn’t recommend…use to be fine now. As I am watching them sloppily make the food.

Order on the online app with my coworker for the bogo deal going on. Upon receiving the food we ordered my steak sandwhich was COLD, it had not lettuce like I asked and I asked for more onions and bell peppers and it had the smallest amount. And my coworkers sandwhich didn’t have the proper amount of turkey for her turkey titan and the wheat bread on her sandwhich was hard as a rock. And honestly I’ve worked at Subway for years and know the expectations that are held and the way the food should be made, and this was not it. Upon calling the girl was rude telling me she knows she made the sandwhich right and the manager wasn’t there for me to speak to. I’m utterly just baffled by the way Subway has gone down hill. I just wanted my sandwhiches remade the right way as we asked and ordered.

Prior experiences were great. Upon entering the store Saturday evening 9/28, there were 2 young adults at the register. There was an older lady in the "line area" getting food. These young adults were interacting with the employee as though they are good pals. I go to the "order here" spot and wait. A few minutes pass & the young adults have left the register and entered the line area. It takes roughly 10 minutes to wrap up the older lady's order. As I approach the counter, the employee assertively states "sir, they were in line ahead of you...just letting you know." No hello. No how are you. I said, "oh, I figured that would be the case." Wish I would have said what I was thinking, which was 'no - they were not in line...they were at the register for several minutes...then they positioned themselves in line.' I initially felt bad for the employee as they were operating the store alone...particularly on a Saturday. Oh well. So, it was best to quietly tell the other customers behind me (mom and her 2 kids) that she could go next as I calmly exited the store.
Side-Note to franchisee: Your AR Dept of Health Certificate and your City of Searcy Operators Permit are not in a viewable area for customers. Thank you.

Low quality food and service
Haven’t tried this subway in a long time because of of the service I experienced last time I ate there. But I thought I would give it another shot. Bad MISTAKE !!!Rude server … spoke to what was supposed to be the manager and she was also rude !WILL NOT BE BACK …Would not recommend !!!
