Their service is extremely slow. They take abt half an hour for a single sub.

Used the app to order food. Said it would be ready by 1:00. App says it's ready, i go into the store to pick up my food and guess what is nit ready. As a matter of fact, I was told it would be a few minutes because they haven't even started making my order from the app.

What good in the app if you still have to sit a wait for them to make your food. I could have saved time and walked and ordered.

Finally got my order 20 minutes after the app said it was ready to pick up. Don't waste your time ordering with the app, it would be faster to walking cause app orders are the very last thing they will do of there are walk in customer

I picked up two grinders here, and the guy wasn't very friendly and the women didn't seem to be happy to be there I left their came home we ate the sandwiches everything seemed okay and few hours later we both where very sick

I’m really tired of paying $3 for extra meat and getting this. There is nothing extra on here and this sandwich was $17. This is absolutely absurd. Not going back.

Subway doesn't have a menu that you can carry out with you. I find that strange for any restaurant that has deliverymen. I would eat there more often if I had a menu.

Dietary restrictions: You can should ask about what's in the bread seeing how they have different selections

Parking: Is there a large amount of parking

Kid-friendliness: How is the friendliest waiting staff and plus they redesigned the stores and it looks so much more fresh

I’ve been to subway millions of times and never had a sandwich so bad… I hate to complain but dang when you spend 16 plus on one sandwich you want it to be good. My sandwich wasn’t cut… I got a club so you would imagine there would be a lot of meat. Maybe 4 pieces was on there. The people running the store definitely should train there staff way better.

Ordered online 40 minutes in advance. Food was not ready and I was asked to wait in line. I couldn't wait because I was heading to work, the entire point of ordering online. I was refused a refund. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened! THIS LOCATION WILL NKT REFUND YOU FOR FALILING TO MAKE YOUR ORDER!!!

I would give negative stars if allowed. Placed an app order at 620pm but my food wasn’t made until 730pm. The Manager from out of town said no app orders would be made until all the customers in line were served. They emptied the line twice before starting mobile orders. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund they refused. I was told either wait for my food or leave with no food or refund but they weren’t going to do anything else. They had six of us waiting on app orders. Make sure you plan to move in and change your mailing address before you place an order online for this location.

Use another subway in town, this is the worst

Went in 2/6/24 at 7pm to get 1 sandwich. When I got there they had no bread available except wheat. I chose the wheat bread and moved on. The worker let me get my meat and cheese and put my sandwich in to toast. While my sandwich toasted for a second she got multiple online orders in a row printed out. My sandwich was done toasting and ready for toppings. She proceeded to make all of the to go orders while my sandwich just sat there waiting for two toppings to be added. I waited 15 minutes to get this sandwich. Then the worker couldn’t figure out how to let me pay. I ended up leaving with nothing after wasting 25 minutes and went across town to Race street subway and got not only the bread I wanted but exceptional customer service. This location used to be a good subway but the past year it’s gone downhill. They always have new staff and no ingredients in stock.
