I give the store a one star. Every time I come here there its understaffed. I order through the app and my food is never even close to ready. There is always one person working and trying to get all of the online orders and dealing with the walk in customers. It's always a young person, not a manager, zero assistance, and usually a young lady working alone at night, running in ten directions. I feel bad for these employees because they have no control and all they can do is keep moving forward and apologize. If anything, Subway needs to apologize to their employees at this location for creating such a disorganized, inefficient, frantic, and unsafe work environment. It's unsafe because there are single young people working alone at night. Hire some people to be present at night so nobody is alone in the store, schedule better, or have a manager available to help out during peak hours.
Cera was polite and doing everything she could to keep up. There were six people in line when I went in to get my order, and they are multi sandwich orders per customer not including my own. The buzzer for the online orders didn't stop the whole time I was there. Cera never lost her composure, and was methodical in her processes to assist every customer. Honestly, Cera is a standout in accuracy, customer service, and organization. I manage a team of 31 people and wish I had 31 just like her. If she ever decides to pick up a wrench or a learns to use a frame alignment machine, I would hire her. Cera is an excellent candidate for management trainee. She's amiable, coachable, and adaptive. Her interpersonal skills are perfect, and her demonstrated organizational and accuracy is worthy of development, and she would be an asset to any company willing to recognize raw talent.

The food is fine it’s subway, it always is. My only problem with this location is with one of the employees. There’s a lady there who has absolutely no sense of urgency and couldn’t care less how long she makes your sandwich for. It feels like she takes almost a full minute just to put on gloves. Doesn’t matter if you’re the only person in the store or if there’s a whole line. She was making my sandwiches and three more people walked in and she continued moving like it’s her first time in a human body. I have personally pulled into the parking lot, saw she was working through the window and left because I knew I could drive to all the other subways in town and get sandwiches at every location before she would be able to make me one. Also she loves telling me that they sell garlic aioli at Walmart. I know. You’ve told me the past 4 times I’ve come in.

i have never made a review on here before. just left this subway about 5 minutes ago, we placed an online order and got there about 10 minutes later, then waited for about 30 minutes while one young man (chris i think) was building subs by himself while the coworker was sitting down eating, clearly watching the line build up. we let everyone go in front and order ahead of us as we sat and waited for her to get up and help him. it wasn’t until 30 minutes later she got up there and stayed standing at the register talking to herself or her hand…while he did EVERYTHING. once he finished making our subs, i grabbed our bag and pointed at her and said “you should probably start helping him” - as there is a line of people waiting behind me. my blood was boiling. it took so much for me to not say anything, as someone who has worked at subway off and on for years, your management needs to do better as to who they hire!!! this was ridiculous. shout out to that young man who continued doing his job and greeting people as they walked in. for the girl, shame on you.

Best Subway I've ever been too! Right down the street from where I work too! Definitely gonna be back here for more awesome food. Nathaniel is an awesome guy too talk too as well. Come by!
