Every time I come through the drive thru I am forced to sit at that speaker on average for 5 minutes! I try to be patient, having worked in fast food and even taco bell but i am given no acknowledgment, forced to sit at the speaker waiting, after waiting for so long I'll try saying hello and nothing. I have pulled up to the window after waiting only for an employee to get annoyed and tell me i was supposed to go to the speaker. This has happened several times! They are all rude and it is not worth it, go to the one across town at least they are nice to customers!

Didn't take long however my 5blayer burrito literally was just tortilla shell and beans no meat, cheese, or sourcream. And it was cold on top of that. The soft taco however was loaded fat, and was really good. I didn't receive any napkins and wasn't given time to ask for any.

This is genuinely the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I was door dashing here and I had to make two trips because they forgot two different items. Do not come here if you want to get any sort of good service.

The taco bell app essentially took everything from my card which was liked 98 dollars. The manager Andrew was very nice and helped refund the order which rang in three times and put everything back on the card and he even payed for the meal. They were very nice and fast to fix everything that had occurred. Will definitely be back here!

It's tacos and burritos. Bring back the Naked Chicken Chalupa and you can have 5 stars all day long!
This restaurant is stingy with napkins... Like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld. No napkins for you!!

Spent almost eight dollars on a steak quesadilla that had so much sloppy sauce on it I couldn't bite it without getting it all over my face. And since when do u not bother cutting quesadillas into pieces? And for some reason even though I got a huge bag, noone bothered putting a napkin in there for me. Thanx so much

Even after confirming at the drive-thru and again at the window, the order was still wrong. Ordering a taco supreme combo #1 without sour cream is not the same as the regular taco combo #2 because the #2 doesn't have tomatoes. Employees should know the menu and whether it is cheaper to hold the sour cream or add the tomatoes. Pay attention, Get it right, it's not that hard. My generation did it without POS computers or registers to calculate the change and we were fast and accurate at a better price. When I am paying dining prices for fast food, I expect it to be right and fast. Takes extra time to go inside to correct the order.
